This place is my go to after spin or anytime I’m in Arcadia , shout-out Jackie for helping me pick out the perfect pastry (key lime pie) and being patient while explaining all of them ! Perfect treat to pair with my kale and quinoa salad ! Highly recommend, I’ve been going for years ! But tonight really made me realize the good around us, (so cheesy) but perfect strangers who just make you feel ok in all your quirkiness ! after having a rough time these last two months I’m feeling very grateful for this spot of joy!

Hands down, the best gelato 🍧 is here and they have a great gift store. The desserts are fantastic too. This could easily be a 5 star review, except for a few things-

We called to order a cake 24 hours in advance. I have picked up this exact cake here on a same day order with no issues. The lady was unpleasant on the phone saying it should have been ordered days in advance and that the only time we could pick it up was at 2... And no later than 2... (We asked to pick it up at 4 or later)...

My sister and I rearranged our plans for the day and decided to go at 12:30 for lunch prior to picking up the cake. I was confused as to why recommended tip options for lunch were 15% 20% or 25% yet there was no service at all-other than ringing up the order- we had to go find the drink in the cooler on the other side of the store after ordering, go to another room for utensils and napkins, and wait for food to be called and picked up at yet another counter or fetch our own salad from a premade cooler selection 🤔 The gal gave us each a cup of ice before sending us off to various parts of the store to fetch our drinks utensils etc. The ice had dirt frozen in the cubes... I returned the cups of ice and wasn't even offered a fresh glass.

Other than these unfortunate happenings, LGO is a unique place and I will give it another shot and hopefully update with a better review 😊 I do recommend ordering food in advance for pick up... That is totally worth tipping for 👏

This review isn't about the food but the customer service. I just called to order a couple of pizzas to be picked up curbside. Sophia was so pleasant and professional. It's so nice to call and be treated like a true guest. Thank you.

Airport location in the Southwest concourse in PHX. The service and food were exceptional. Had a Turkey salad that was exceptional and a cold beer to help the process. Salad was on point fresh ingredients, good portion size and beer was cold. Thank you for this in these times of staffing issues and more

I absolutely love this place. I always recommend to try their sea salt chocolate chip cookies! My favorite treat. Its gotten a little pricey but this place is a gem and I cant help but stop by and get a commuter sandwich

I love this place. I got the chicken sandwich and potato chips.This place was a little better before. Their sandwich is smaller. And the chips are now battered. I didn't give them 5 stars cause I noticed the changes from coming here for 5 years. I still will continue to come here.
