We were married in May 2016, and it is not an exaggeration to say: we could not have pulled off our wedding without Lucy of LH Weddings and Special Events. We were working on a fairly short timeline and she was still somehow able to secure us the best photographers, band, florist, and caterer in the area. She stayed on top of all the contracts, deposits, and deadlines, working efficiently and with the utmost level of professionalism.

On a personal level, Lucy is a delight to be around. I was always excited to see her at our wedding planning meetings. She was patient and understanding through my episodes of perfectionism and indecisiveness. On our wedding day, she had the remarkable ability to stay calm and keep everything on schedule while coordinating between a dozen vendors, the wedding party and guests.

For months, friends and family were warning me that at least one thing would go wrong at my wedding, and to prepare my perfectionist self for that reality. Well, guess what? Everything was perfect thanks to LH Weddings and Special Events.

Lucy is amazing! She is on top of everything down to the very last detail. She even checked my work, which was most appreciated as she caught a couple of errors along the way. She has great contacts and relationships with various vendors and great ideas to make the day exactly as you wish. In our case, really made the effort to coordinate between vendors so that everyone was in sync and things flowed as they should. We had a couple of small things come up like rain as the outside ceremony was starting but she stayed perfectly calm and talked to both me and the groom about our back up options, which helped me stay calm and relaxed and able to enjoy the day. I've also had the pleasure of working with her on a couple of other events for my work and can say she is someone you want with you on one of the most memorable days of your life. My husband even commented the next morning after the wedding how incredible her efforts were and how hard she worked. She is worth every penny! Her value and organization are the best in the business, but beyond that she is an absolute joy to be around and work with. We highly, highly recommend her!
