I worked with Lia and Sophie during my wedding and it was amazing how attentive both were. I was able to reach Lia then further down worked closely with Sophie leading up to the wedding. It was really easy to communicate and they were always available when i had questions. For the financial decisions leading up to the wedding Lia was very forthcomming to me about what i should expect and accommodated me the best she could which was amazing. I worked very closely with Sophie during my wedding and she was amazing! She was calm and collected especially during this crazy time. Her crew really pulled everything off and did an amazing job the day of. She was incredible attentive and helpful. She basically took care of all the rentals and logistics of the wedding and answered any questions or concerns i had. She took care of rehearsal and pulled everything off for a 200 person wedding while accommodating some concerns i had for cost- which was so appreciated. Her staff did above and beyond. We really enjoyed working with her and could not recommend her enough!

Lia and her team were amazing! I wasn’t looking forward to planning my wedding during a busy season at work, but her calm guidance made the whole planning process easy and smooth. She got to know our priorities and offered advice that made the evening super enjoyable for our guests. She drew on her wealth of experience with local vendors and gave me great suggestions. She knew all the quirks of our venue and offered clever workarounds to its limitations. The day of our wedding ran perfectly on time thanks to all of her diligent coordination behind the scenes. We got so many compliments from our guests on the entire wedding, and I’m so grateful for Lia’s seasoned advice and excellent execution. Thank you, Lia!

From the first meeting we had with Lia, my husband and I knew this was the best investment we could have made in planning our wedding, especially since we had chosen a rustic venue that required us to bring lots in ourselves (eg., luxury port-a-potties, staff). Lia is experienced to know all the little quirks of planning a wedding and has a way of putting you at ease when you panic about something you hadn’t yet thought of - she is always ten steps ahead of you. On the day of, she made sure everything flowed smoothly and that we weren’t worried about any logistical details. Last but not least, she’s incredibly warm, fun, and down-to-earth, which made the planning process feel like a breeze. A surprising amount of guests came up to us at the end of the night telling us this was one of the best weddings they’d ever been to and we know Lia played a big part in making that a reality.

I would recommend Lia over and over again for anyone looking for leadership in the events space. Lia leads with so much compassion and confidence and was willing to go the extra mile and a half to make sure we were taken care of during our wedding journey. Truly cannot express how grateful we are for her willingness to always be there for us throughout. This is going to sound a bit cliche, but she felt like our sole savior during an experience that was full of unexpected twists and turns.

She’s a sound thought partner, and collaborator, and when things may seem stormy she provides the calm and expertise to keep everything going. She brought creative solutions for us to stay within budget (even save money), and she had amazing contacts to help us bring one of a kind elements to our event.

Felt like we became best friends throughout the journey.
