We cannot speak highly enough of Life in Love Events! We hired Kirsten as our wedding planner and she was with us every step of the way in the planning process. Kirsten is super organized and we really appreciated the spreadsheets she created for us to organize vendor options, our guest list, our budget, and more.

I’m the type of person who gets overwhelmed by a lot of options, so the process of selecting vendors was very daunting but Kirsten made it so manageable. She gave my husband and I the freedom to select vendors that matched our style and personality, but also gave her professional input and suggestions. She helped us narrow down options and was the first line of contact with all the vendors, setting up meetings and getting information like availability and pricing. I really appreciated this flexible setup that allowed my husband and I to be involved in the ways we wanted, but we could trust that Kirsten would handle all the logistics with her knowledge and experience.

Kirsten was also a huge help in planning the vision and style of our wedding. She created Pinterest boards to help us figure out our color scheme. We also told her about our hobbies and interests, and she had so many creative ideas for ways to incorporate them into our wedding day. It really made our wedding feel more personal and unique to us. She even went above and beyond creating all the custom signage for our wedding including welcome sign, seating chart, menus, and custom acrylic place cards.

Throughout the wedding planning process, we felt that Kirsten was always on top of everything and never missed even the smallest detail. The whole process can feel overwhelming so it was so comforting knowing that we had a wedding planner who we could trust and cared about our big day as much as we did. We loved working with Kirsten and recommend her to everyone!

Working with Kirsten was amazing! As our wedding date got closer, we had more frequent meetings and check ins where she caught the smallest details that truly did make a big difference. We came to her with a vague idea and she was able to make it into reality, while asking for and incorporating our input every step of the way! She provided so much useful information for us, and when our venue had a few mix ups on their end, she quickly and kindly corrected them for us. Kirsten was a fierce advocate for us throughout the planning stages and event itself. We truly couldn't have done this without her.

Some details because it's hard to understand everything a wedding planner does:
Prior to our wedding day, Kirsten created design boards for us, provided vendor recommendations and coordinated in advance with other vendors, created a detailed timeline, helped us manage our budget, designed and printed all our name cards & menus, got dimensions of the rooms to create accurate layouts, personalized the welcome mirrors, and more! On the day itself, she and her assistant spent all day beautifully arranging our decor so that our friends and family could relax and get ready with us. She managed all the day of stress by getting the bouquets and boutonnieres to us and our wedding party, putting the cake in the fridge, beautifully arranging our dessert table, placing every name card and wedding favor, lighting the centerpiece candles, cuing us on our entrances for the ceremony and reception, making sure our marriage license got signed, guarding us from guests interrupting our dinner by pretending to consult about wedding details, and taking down/cleaning all the decor items for us at the end of the night. She and her team were an essential part of our wedding day! We will be highly recommending her to everyone we know.

Let me tell you something about Life In Love Events: You will not regret using their wedding coordination services! Kirsten is extremely organized and professional, and her team worked really hard to make our day go as smoothly as possible.

My mom has a reputation for being an excellent party planner, leader of the band, host, and problem solver. All she wanted to be on my wedding day was the mother of the bride. Life In Love Events was the company that my mom felt comfortable putting her trust in. My mom and I met Kirsten and knew that she was going to make sure that my wedding went smoothly, and it did.

Kirsten streamlined everything—she coordinated with all of our vendors, she kept us on track during our wedding, her and her team put up all of our decorations before the wedding, took down all of our decorations at the end of the day, cleaned up our venue at the end of the night, and Kirsten fluffed my dress out before I walked down the aisle with my dad! She also had a great idea for what to do with the leftover rose petals (the Flower Kids were overwhelmed with all the new people and forgot to throw them ?).

Kirsten at Life in Love Events was an amazing wedding planner. In the beggining, my wife and I had no idea what to do when looking at venues. Kir helped us understand what to look for and also how to read the venue contracts.

She helped us plan on the details and how to evaluate vendors and where we could negotiate and what was standard for the industry.

Kir has a number of vendors that she works with and can recommend and that lead us to our amazing DJ and afterhours taco vendor. Kir went above and beyond on planning and crafting. I don't know how we would have had the same wedding without her.

Kirsten was absolutely the best wedding coordinator we could've asked for! She answered any an every question we had leading up to the big day. The most notable thing about her service was that she is ready to handle and make big decisions when it is necessary so as to not disturb the bride and groom on their wedding day. We were unfortunately met with rain on our day (during June; go figure), and she was able to communicate with the venue and made an adjustment which allowed us to be indoor and saved our wedding day!
