We stayed in the main cabin which was clean and filled with our usual needs! The team was super supportive of our stay, grabbing items when we needed them like extra towels and toilet paper.

Everyone was so kind and it has nice little paths around it. They are rockey and slippery when wet so use caution!

Our group was too large to fit in the cabin so a part of our party brought and parked a travel trailer in front and had the opportunity to hookup to the electrical which was so nice!

We try to return every year, looking forward to next time!

This is not a luxury resort, it's a cabin with a motel feel. It was absolutely perfect for a budget friendly family vacation. The boat and cabin combo deal is so affordable and the staff at the Marina were great. The rooms have recently had some renovations that made it very comfortable. They have gas and charcoal grill with pretty of tongs and spatulas to go around. The pool and rooms were clean. They provide gas, but bring your own charcoal. I do wish they would think the tree tops a little so that you have a lake view but it's still a nice deck area. Flies were kind of bad bit they always are by any lake. Bring some bug repellent.

Great place, it does look shady when you first look at it… but room was comfy! The bed was too! The only thing I do wish is that the provide coffee, but that’s just me! I stayed just for the night, and had a good night of sleep, the only downside, which is the reason I took a star off was the heater, or the heaters inability to work, I moved it pretty high up, and it still didn’t heat up the room… When I was first going I was concerned about signal, but when I got there I had 4 bars (on AT&T) when I first woke up, there was a beautiful look on the lake! 9/10 would recommend!

I was a little worried driving up to the resort. While the outside is nice it doesn't do justice to the inside. The kitchenettes have been remodeled and have everything you need. I liked that the bathroom was extra large with plenty of room to move around. The outside deck could use a little TLC but still nice. We didn't use the pool but saw others there. I was quite impressed that for this type resort they did daily bed service and towel replacement. I wouldn't hesitant to visit again.

Lighthouse Point Resort is a lovely little place up in the mountains, close to Bull Shoals Lake and Marina. It's not fancy, as you will see when you drive up, but the room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable with a sliding glass door onto a really nice deck. The deck has a table and chairs where we sat to eat our supper, and it overlooks the lake. BEAUTIFUL view!! When we checked in at the marina, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette would have been a wonderful bonus if we had planned to stay more than one night. Our only disappointment was that there was no wireless available, but that is not a big deal for us.||||This would be a wonderful place to stay if you have or were renting a boat to spend your days on the water. Other than a swimming pool, there aren't any other attractions nearby, but we were wanting a little peace away from everything. This place provided that perfectly. There is a very steep path to the edge of the water, but I would check with the staff before actually swimming there. We definitely recommend staying here!

We booked for the last week of Sept into October. Our one clearly-expressed requirement was a swimming pool, which is a medical need for me. We were assured it would be open when we reserved, but when we arrived it was empty. We feel we were lied to so as to get the booking. We would have went to a hotel with indoor pool in Mountain Home otherwise. Fortunately the weather was sunny and the lake temperature was still just warm enough to get in my therapy so we stayed for the week.||WiFi or internet was another request and we were assured we would have it in the cabin, but it was nonexistant there. Near the office, I could detect a signal but it was too weak to use.||Other than that, we liked the cabin and would have rated it very good or excellent IF the promises made when we booked were true, or at least honestly stated. Security was a little lax but this isn't the city either. The kitchenette and bathroom were clean and appeared newly remodeled, the beds were comfortable and clean. Our towels were changed daily and the deck was nice in the evening. ||The stated policy is "absolutely no pets" and we were grilled about it when checking in, however, the only other two cabins both had large dogs. They weren't loud or threatening, but I wonder what the story is there?||The pretty pictured boats featured in the brochure and website at the Bull Shoals boat dock were in horrible shape, with torn seats, dirty and holes where fittings had apparently been torn out. My wife refused to go out on one and she is normally comfortable on boats, even skiing, etc. So much for that plan.||I liked that little town, Bull Shoals, and the resort rooms enough that I might actually go back, but I would doubt any promise they made me on the phone.
