Terrible communication first of all. My son’s van was 25 min late, never got a call. Then a driver I never seen showed up WITHOUT A CARSEAT for my 30lb 5 year old. Is that not illegal I called to complain & they just said “yeah his drivers sick so we didn’t have the car seat. If he’s sick tomorrow we’ll get a car seat.” Then today vans 30 minutes late, call again & they say “we tried to call you but your number wasn’t working. His driver had an emergency so he has no transportation today.” Umm, but you literally called me on Friday not even a week ago on the same phone number I’ve had for 6 years, so obviously you have my number and just didn’t call. We called the school & they didn’t even tell the school because they had no idea about it either. I had to leave work to take my son to school. I loved his past 2 afternoon drivers; but whenever there’s a substitute driver, they don’t give any notice at all. If they’re running late, they don’t say anything. His afternoon van was almost 30 minutes late before and I never even received a call. I expect better because other companies would call if they’re running more than 10 min late and would obviously call if the driver isn’t picking up the child AT ALL. SMH.

The whole Sheetz parking lot is full of your busses. They are taking up most of the parking spaces. They are supposed to be taking kids to school, not hanging out at gas stations!! This is a waste of tax payer money!

Hire just anyone bus driver left my kindergartner last year at school even though my third grader was yelling at her telling her no you can’t leave my sister!!! Then today she flicks me off because I confront her for calling my son stupid and telling my kids that she’s gonna leave them if they don’t get to her bus by the time she gets to a certain number!

My daughter has used this transportation for her Pre-K school for the last couple years. They do not carry themselves professionally in the matter of, when one of their drivers has a personal emergency any child who needs picked up for school, or at school will be totally forgotten about. My daughter is supposed to be picked up from school at 3pm, she waiter at her school yesterday till about 330pm, when I finally got ahold of her teacher after calling the company themselves about 5 times to be told nobody picked her up. The last major problem I had with them resulted in my child being brought home without being safely buckled in by her harnest in her carseat because the man (who ive never seen before) felt “too uncomfortable” to grab the clicker between my (at the time) 3 yr olds legs. DISGUSTING. Ill end it with this, throughout all of my problems with this company all ive done is argue with them on how theyve done wrong because they will not take responsibility. Do not send your children with a bus/van company that cares more about their image than your kids.

My granddaughter was dropped off in a carseat which was not properly harnessed and she was wearing a seatbelt which she does not meet the height requirements for. When my daughter called the bus company she was told that her teacher was responsible for putting her in her seat. This is not the case. Teachers are not doing this due to covid. My daughter had already spoken to her teacher. She was also told that the driver didn't feel comfortable putting his hands between her legs to buckle her in... I'm so flabbergasted!!!!! Not to mention how unorganized they are. One day they completley forgot to pick her up!

Lincoln is the contracted bus line for student transportation to and from our local schools. Much to my surprise my 5 y.o. child was lost today. NOT very happy! My child has to transfer two times for three different buses to get to the designated school. Mind you a FIVE year old child must select and board the correct bus in a line of buses without adult supervision. I’m an adult and all the buses look the same to me, I can only imagine my childs confusion looking at a line of giant yellow buses. I was given a laundry list of excuses; the school dismisses too late, child feel asleep, got on the wrong bus, 3 transfers for efficiency. At the end of the day they are all crappy excuses when your child does not arrive home no matter what age. If the company is not up to the task of handling our most precious cargo please consider informing the school districts and renouncing your contract.

A van clearly labeled "SCHOOL STUDENTS" passed us on Route 30, getting too close to the side of my car for my comfort level. Lo and behold, the driver was staring at her phone the whole time instead of watching the road. Thank God it did not look like any students were present. 🙁

We hired Lincoln at the last minute for an event at The East Coast Exotic Animal Rescue. Instead of the 800 expected over 2 days we had over 2,000 come out in 1 day. The bus drivers were amazing, kind, paitent and defused a dangerous situation. We can not say enough good things about this company, drivers and experience with them.
