This was an incredible experience, and well worth the trip. The trip takes you through the newer two step locks as the captain talks about the history of the locks and the Erie Canal and the operation of the locks. The combination of history and humor in the narration kept it interesting throughout the trip. I would highly recommend taking the time to visit Lockport and to take a cruise along this piece of history. We will defiantly be returning.

This is an awesome experience! We went at 10 am on a Wednesday and there were about 15 total people. The captain was hilarious while providing done great information. Going through the locks was totally awesome. I would highly recommend!

Great tour about an hour and a half more or less, really funny boat captain also very informative explained how the locks fill up and drain to allow the boats to go through also explained the wide waters every 15 miles highly intelligent staff with a concession stand they serve drinks pop, beer wine, champagne, little snacks and crackers candy. I had a good time on this tour I like the bits of I formation how the one bridge in lockport is the widest bridge in the states and was built some year don't remember but I'd you.take the tour you will find out. The cost was 25 bucks for the whole tour I suggest bringing a picnic sandwiches etc
You will save money and have something better then chips to eat. I really liked it it was very informative and peaceful......remember take only photos and leave only footprints.

Nice tour of the Lockport locks. The Captain gave some history and a bit of humor. Learned a few things. Boat was clean and everyone was friendly. Would recommend as part of your visit to Lockport. Thanks for a great outing.

It is very scenic and historically informative. A nearly two hour cruise that takes you through two locks that each raises/lowers you 25 feet each. During the tour, the ship captain pointed out historical sites and explained their significance of them to the area.

A wonderful way to learn about the Erie Canal and still fun if you have been through locks before. Entertaining guide and they sell snacks and drinks onboard. They also have a beautiful space to hold events.

Wonderful little tour and going down a historic canal. Great place to go and check out, just a block north is a lift bride which is fun to watch. A few blocks away is a museum on the locks on the canal.

This is the definitive Erie Canal experience! The crew and paddle boat you ride on is great. The captain is very funny and shares lots of stories, facts and amusing anecdotes. Don't miss this adventure!
