The teller Eric is new to the team at Louviers and he very polite and pleasant! I have been a member for a while (Chestnut Run Credit Union) I can say all the tellers are great! I just hope they get more up to date with technology! There systems are slow and I can’t add my debit card to my apple wallet 🥹 2/13/2025 Thank you for your feedback regarding how to add my debit card to my apple wallet. I went to the branch office today and Celeste helped me and I am so excited to have this option now 😆 you guys are the best!!! Great customer service and always welcoming when you come into the branch.

I have worked with Louviers for years. I love the credit union. Recently ,I needed help with an auto loan for a used vehicle. Monica worked with me on the loan and was amazing. We wanted a very specific used 4 runner so had to keep bothering her via email to ask questions. She was so patient and kind. Yesterday when we actually found one we needed the loan for, she made the process so easy and I had the loan in my account the SAME day. It was incredible. I highly recommend this credit union.

Shira and Madison and Celeste they were nice to me and gave me a shopping bag I thought that was really nice. Overall every time I come into this bank, they treat me with Respect and really nice. They’re good people to work with /they are really good staff for the company This Bank is a good location whenever you on the road and you need a quick withdraw from the Louviers Federal credit union bank.this a is a good location to go too

I’ve had my Louviers account before they changed their name a few years ago. Everyone is always kind and courteous, especially Celeste. She is kind, caring, and very funny. She is hands down my favorite teller!!!

My ATM card expired in December. Celeste ordered me a card to be delivered to my house around Christmas time and it never arrived. So around mid January Celeste had the card delivered to the office. Thank you for your time and patience.
