We booked Alana as our day of wedding coordinator and couldn't have been happier to have her on our side for such an important event! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, i got to talk with Alana over the phone, through zoom and she came in person to important planning meetings with the venue! She did an awesome job creating the schedule for the day, and then keeping everything moving along according to that schedule seamlessly! She communicated what i needed to all the vendors and took a lot off my plate! Her and her assistant did an amazing job of setting up the flowers (as we did DIY centerpieces, arch decor etc) and an amazing job taking everything down at the end of the night, and that help was such a relief to me and my family! I'm forever grateful for the confidence that Alana helped instill in me that it was going to be a perfect day, and it truly was! I would definitely recommend Alana to anyone who needs help with wedding planning!

Alana was wonderful to work with! We went with the partial planning +day of coordinator package. She created a vision board for us and ultimately made our vision come to life! We received so many compliments on the design/ details. We were super indecisive during the whole process but Alana was super patient.
She was wonderful the day of-asking us if we needed anything throughout the night. l'd definitely recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

I can't recommend Alana with Love & Whimsy Events enough. She was so professional, flexible and an absolute joy to work with. Her eye for decor is impeccable, she made my vision come to life (and then some!) while still helping me to stay within budget. When we couldn't find a greenery chandelier that fit the space and budget we were looking to stay within..she made one for me! Her vendor recommendations were all amazing. By the time the actual wedding day came around, I knew I could trust her to handle anything that came up and I was able to sit back and enjoy my day. My only regret was that I didn't hire her sooner!

We hired Alana as our day-of coordinator! She attended both our planning meetings, ran our rehearsal and made sure every vendor knew where they were supposed to be on our big day! We loved working with Alana! We chose partial planning which was perfect for our needs—as organized people who like to plan but didn’t have the time to do it all! My biggest goal was to only have to show up and have a good time on the day and with Alana’s help that was exactly what me and my husband got to do.
