Our wedding day went as smoothly as we could have hoped thanks to careful planning and coordination by Richard from Luna Park Events. Richard’s expertise in the event industry and his advice throughout the planning process were essential to making it the perfect day that it turned out to be. Our event had over seven vendors, lasted eight hours, and it was held in three distinctive spaces at the same location. Richard and his team were able to successfully plan and coordinate the various aspects of our wedding at each of these spaces to ensure the comfort and aesthetics for our 150 guests. Richard also helped us stay on budget and to ensure that important vendor and event decisions were made in a timely manner. As the bride and groom, we were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves knowing that Richard and his team had everything under control.

Luna Park Events excels at designing, organizing and coordinating the most memorable events! I recently attended the Monster Loyalty Ball event benefiting Equality Texas - what an awesome and effective night!

Everything from the ambiance, schedule flow, photography (by Michael Mallard of Mallardshots Photography) and catering down to every little detail with the signs and staff gently guiding the attendees to the right locations...what a professional and effortless experience. The music, entertainment, and design of the space was as good or better than anything I experienced in Los Angeles where we attended numerous red carpet events (like the Peoples Choice Awards) and fundraisers.

Last year, we also went to the Family By Choice fundraiser at Clay Pit. It had the obvious mark of Luna Park Events because of the pristine organization during the entire evening. With the cocktail reception, art auction, prize giveaways and food - every detail was clearly well planned, expertly executed and just made for another fantastic way to spend my evening.

Luna Park Events is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for any event and Richard Williams (who is Founder/Owner of the company) is always charming and great to work with. I know from first hand experience that he gives his entire attention to every event Luna Park designs and organizes. We can't wait for the next one!
