Luxe Urbane Events and Design,has handled numerous events from birthday parties, to a gender reveal party. All were excellent!! I'm very particular with what I want, so the company provided me with SO many cakes to try. I also wanted pictures to document all of my parties and loved each photo. I will continue to use Luxe Urbane Events & Design for every gathering in the near future. Diligent, Reliable and The food was great! Grateful to have met Candace and her staff.

All I can really say is "wow". I had such a positive experience as I was planning my daughter's baby shower with Luxe.

The first thing that impressed me was how professional the event staff was. This was consistent throughout the entire experience. From the phone conversations to the visits to the office, they were never anything other than pleasant. I have had to reschedule appointments, change venue and cancel meetings altogether but the staff was never mean or rude. When they came to set up for the event, they had to wait for me to get there to let them in but they were so patient and still managed to get the event set up in the time allotted, having to call more staff. They moved my dishes and art pieces so that they were not damaged in set up and were courteous about setting up quietly as my grand baby was sleeping in the room upstairs.

The next thing was the bang I got for my buck. I had to do the event on a tighter budget than was ideal but we worked together to find solutions we could agree on without me being constantly encouraged to extend my budget.

Our event assistant went above and beyond, calling guests the day before to gather new RSVP responses. She held my hand from start to finish and made sure I understood where we were in the process and what was currently happening.

I was able to make last minute changes and the event itself was just wonderful. I am so pleased with this whole experience and would work with these ladies again in a heartbeat.

I cannot say enough about Luxe Urbane Events & Design. I spent countless hours preparing for my bachelorette party in Vegas, but I am convinced that no matter how much time you put in, it is absolutely essential to have a professional to pull everything together and guess what Candace did exactly that. Candace seamlessly resolved each and every issue that I had in stride. Her experience in the industry was clear right out of the gate -- and all of her recommendations were spot on. This woman went above and beyond for my party as well as adding the perfect finishing touches to the hotel room. Beyond the obvious qualities of a highly competent coordinator -- Candace is very personable, down-to-earth, and just plain fun to be around. If you want a great party before or on your wedding day, be sure you hire someone who knows what makes a great party! I recommend Candace and her team without reservation.

No matter what, don’t let these people plan your event. They are con artists. Charged us for high-end products which they probably got from walmart or the 0.99 cent store.

Didn’t deliver a cake for my baby shower, charged us for gourmet catering but brought homemade pasta and sauce from a can, got store bought cookies and cupcakes and what looked like homemade cake puffs. They charged us $200 for a backdrop and games and we got a white sheet and the rest of the money apparently went to buy straws, diapers, and some papers for a game of trivia...

They soiled the kitchen floor and didn’t give guests keepsakes at the end of the party. After all of this, they took down the set up before the party ended, took everything (decorations, pastry, cookies, games...) except the cake which we bought last minute, and left. They told us we only get $60 back.

They came late to set up the event and people were arriving during the set up. They couldn’t even do the set up properly and my husband, sister, and friend had to do all the work. They also wouldn’t meet us before the event even though we tried to meet with them many times, but they always came up with excuses. They are con artists to say the least, please don’t waste your money and energy on them.

As an Event Planner myself, I just wanted to take a break from planning my own event. Luxe Urbane was the to go. Pure perfection and profressional. The owner made sure everything ran smoothly and fit our budget. I will surely be using them again.
