I called today wanting to book a trip to Hawaii, since our travel plans to playa del Carmen and Cancun is rain out, I asked about the weather in Hawaii the man told me to google it myself to find out. Very rude what kind of travel agency is this! He said we book tickets, I would never call them again and hope you don’t either
