I saw great reviews for this rental company and it was also recommended by our venue. However, it was honestly very difficult working with Paulina at M&M event. We rented a backdrop from them for our wedding and that turned out really pretty. However, the communication was super difficult as I had to write multiple emails, making multiple phone calls, and even had to ask my venue to contact them to get a response. The response I got was that it is a wedding season so they may have missed our email. However, I believe that should not be an excuse as all my other vendors are also going through wedding season but still respond in a timely manner. I am not sure if it was because I was low priority because I am only renting a backdrop? But that was surely how it made me feel. Would not be recommending this vendor to other couples.

My sister was extremely hopeful of working with this company but their customer service is horrible . Here we are 1 month later after multiple attempts still don’t have a quote or answer in regards to my sisters wedding . Every time we reached out there was an excuse . We won’t be using this company anymore due to the lack of communication and customer service .

We rented high-boy tables and couple 8-foot tables with all the linens for an Industrial Broker Open House near Bridgeview. We are extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely hire them in the future. M & M offers is hands down the best furniture rental at a very reasonable price that cannot be beat. Everyone I worked with at M&M for our wedding so super helpful and knowledgeable. They have a big selection of decor options and are very flexible and quick to respond to questions. Day of the wedding everything turned out great and just as we had expected. Would recommend!

Love love love this company! Have been working with them for years. From there dinners, appetizers, deserts, and decor ..everything is amazing. When a company is great with communication makes you want to work with them over and over again. And this is why my family continuously keeps going back . Thank you M&M!!!!!
