Not only is she super organized and helps you stay calm throughout the process, she is also so knowledgeable and extremely helpful with picking vendors and working within your budget. She always checks in and helps with any stress, and keeps the timeline on track leading up to and date-of. I had an Indian fusion wedding and she was so helpful with organizing the cultural side of things and making sure that was a big part of our ceremony. Madison Leigh Events was amazing to work with as a day of coordinator! At the rehearsal the day before, Dustin was very helpful and answered every question we had. On our wedding day, Madison was so helpful minimizing our stress levels. She was instrumental in helping to set up/clean up our venue, remained calm and collected throughout the entire day, and provided an easy fix for things that went wrong or changed last minute. When planning the timeline a month out, we had included multiple changes and Madison responded in a timely manner and gave us many suggestions to help improve the flow of the day. I had multiple compliments from guests by how smoothly the day went!

From handling vendor arrivals and setup to checking on me to see what I needed, she made the entire day so seamless and stress-free for me, my husband, and all our friends and family. She really went above and beyond to take care of my husband and I the entire night. From bringing us some water and a plate of food from cocktail hour while we were taking pictures to finding my mom and other family members to make sure they were present for the first dance, Madison was so thoughtful and organized and truly elevated our entire experience. Our wedding would not have been as smooth or amazing without her!! We are so grateful to have found such an incredible coordinator.
