We are beyond thrilled with how the food turned out for our wedding! From the first bite to the last, everything was absolutely delicious. The appetizers were beautifully presented, and the main course options were diverse, ensuring there was something for every guest to enjoy. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the flavors, especially all the Latin food (tamales & Ceviche), which was a standout!

Sophie and the Mai Oui! team was incredibly professional, ensuring everything was served at the perfect temperature and that every detail was taken care of. The catering staff were friendly and attentive, and the seamless service allowed us to truly enjoy our celebration without worry.

We also appreciated the flexibility in accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions, which made our guests feel well cared for. The desserts were an absolute hit—light, flavorful, and the perfect sweet ending to a perfect day.

We can’t thank the Mai Oui! team enough for making the food one of the most memorable parts of our wedding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional wedding catering!

Food is so very important at the wedding and we had a specific menu in mind. When doing my research, on caterers that served the venue I selected in downtown St. Augustine, I ran across Mai Oui in a few places. I reached out and they were very pleasant to work with and fit our food style. We had a tasting and everything I ate was so amazing! There was only 1 change I made and it was no problem. We had a menu of sushi, tacos and shrimp n' grits, we also had appetizers during cocktail hour, served by staff and cheese and fruit trays on tables. They were absolutely wonderful at working with my venue, coordinator and bartenders. They had such a beautiful spread during dinner and made our plates for us. The service and food they provided was amazing and I highly recommend them if you're looking for high quality service and cuisine at your events! We also battled rain and crazy wind on our wedding day and everyone was so great at modifying to work with the elements. The day was still amazing because I had wonderful vendors who worked so well with each other to make our day unforgettable - Thank you! Our wedding was in October 2024 in downtown St. Augustine and Mai Oui out did themselves - Everyone raved about the food!

Karen was excellent to work with and I would recommend that you use Mai Oui for your wedding. A few days before our wedding, we reached out to her about a few concerns and she responded within 24 hours and assured us that we would have a great experience and personally took charge of managing the event, which we appreciated.

The day of the event was executed perfectly, her staff worked tirelessly to make sure that guests were fed and worked in the background to make sure that there were no hiccups. Our guests really enjoyed the food and dietary needs were attended to! If you’re looking for a great experience for your wedding, I highly recommend hiring Mai Oui!

Where do I even begin?! We got married on 2.9.22 at the Treasury on the
Plaza in St. Augustine. Ericka is literally one of the nicest and sweetest people we had come across during our wedding planning. We knew that we wanted the food at our wedding to be unique and to stand out and Mai Oui did not disappoint. We must have sent over 100 emails to Ericka about what we wanted at our wedding and the Mai Oui team came up with the most unique and innovative food offerings we had ever seen at a wedding. From Mexican street corn lollipops during cocktail hour to herb butter candles set out on the tables for dinner to a late night snack poutine bar; Mai Oui went above and beyond to ensure that our food was amazing and something that people would talk about. We can't say enough amazing things about Ericka, Mai Oui, and the entire team that served our wedding. We are still talking about the food and it's almost a month later!
