I had a reservation at this hotel and coming from out of town. Once I made the reservation I called because I knew I would make it a little early. When I arrived it was around 2:20 pm to be told I would have to pay an extra 25$ I asked why wasn’t that said before when I called?! The lady behind the desk was rude and did not have no where near of good English. Never the less I got in the room to find it nasty with the light like it was going through a wry bad electric issue, the room phone did not work AND the floors where nasty like some grease was just wiped up without mopping, the door handles was nasty as well. The room was not sanitized or cleaned at all. The freezer seemed like it was dropped ice all day hell it should be overflowing by now. I looked in the freezer not one ice cube let alone a tray it was so loud.There was a couple fighting all morning long omg. I just drove 8 hr and not to clean a room . The elevator was even nasty inside and out! I will never in my life stay at this hotel I wouldn’t care how close they are to stores NEVER AGAIN… I wouldn’t recommend any human soul here. They just want money!

Kitchenette and full size bed, chair, 2 tables and 2 computer chairs. Very quiet in halls compared to Motel 6. The room has 2 electric burners, a microwave and a full size refrigerator, with a small frying pan, small sauce pan. Been here 3 times now for a 2,3 & 4 day stay. Not as fancy as Motel 6 but you save a lot of money.

Very expensive.
Plus fooled by early checking.
If done before 3 pm.
You will get charged 20 dollars for each hour early checking fee.
Rooms are expensive and additional charge added to it. No way.
I was wondering why there was no cars in parking lot. Maybe the price and over charge made the HUGE difference.
It is near 290 a high volume highway road. That has a lot of trucks breaking in morning traffic, plus late hours. Not a bad review. Just mentioning the obvious.

Yeah, never again. My mom booked our stay online and we had to pay a deposit twice for our stay. I find this absurd especially after I had politely asked for extra towels and an ironing board to press my clothes and had to use a towel and a countertop to make things work. The front desk personnel had absolutely no compassion with our complaints and smirked while I disclosed my displeasures. Never coming back here again. A crappy way to come home to visit

The room we stayed at was not clean at all. My partner and I wanted to get away for a night and when we entered our room, it smelled like smoke. The bathroom toilet had hair. Our bed covers had hair. The carpet looked like it hadn’t even been vacuumed. Overall, wouldn’t recommend. We checked out 3 hours later because I didn’t feel like it was sanitary to sleep there over night.

The conditions of the rooms are not meant for any stays at all. Under the bed is not swept and the first room I went into had broken plastic and other items in the room as well as a broken lamp and smelly. Not to mention the deadbolt was broken and jagged. Overall extremely dirty but the up front attendant was nice.

This hotel is not in a livable condition. We had a very bad experience as soon as we checked in the hotel the lady at the reception had a bad attitude and her response was very unpleasant and unprofessional to any of my questions. As soon as we entered the room, the smell and the look were awful There were spiders in the bathroom and the smell in the room was bad and made my wife puke the bedsheets seems not washed and but kind of yellow instead of white.
No one answered at the service desk, so one of the hotel customers gave me this number and told me to call so I came to know the number that customer gave me at the hotel was the hotel management personal number and that customer did complain about the management of this hotel. She was also complaining that she is leaving because the conditions were not livable.

3. Receptionist was extremely rude
4. no room service the customer was told to take the trash to the dumpster
5. bring all the used dirty towels at the front desk in order to get clean or washed fresh towels to us. This was disgusting during our trip. We stayed in various hotels. In many states All the hotels we stayed the management of the hotels were not like this we were treated respectfully and were not staying for free and also paying whatever their charges were for the rooms
6. Extremely small microwave
7. Refrigerator leaking water from the freezer on to shelf into the fridge
8. extremely old stove, top with no signs or any lettering off on or off on the knobs on the stove knobs
9. Water faucet as soon as it was open, there was black, dirty, murky, smelly, water, gushed out from the faucet and started leaking
10. Exhaust fan hood was not operating
11. bedsheets and bed cover were not clean very uncomfortable to sit with yellow stains and wrinkly bedsheets
12. As soon as my wife opened the bathroom door to wash her hands, she was greeted by spiders in the bathroom
13. Right there and then I decided to change the hotel so I contacted the Priceline merchant to arrange some other hotel since this hotel was comfortable and unlivable
14. No USB connection for the phones and the desk power outlet were dangerously loose
15. The dolly for the luggage was also broken and unmanageable

As soon as I contacted the Priceline merchant and explained about the condition of this hotel, they talked to the hotel management, which, of course the hotel management people denied everything about every complaint of the hotel condition. I did talk to the customer in the lobby of the hotel, and they also complained about the filthy uncomfortable condition, but they had no other option. That’s what they told me.

I stayed at this hotel over a weekend (Thurs-Saturday). I had two concerts to attend in Chicago and this was the best option since most hotels were price gouging for the weekend and this was the most affordable. The price was good for that type of weekend where everything else was extremely over priced. The location is good because it was close to a lot of food and shopping options. The location was decent for getting into chicago (takes 15-40 minutes depending on time of day). The room was not the best. The refrigerator had rust stains on the outside, some of the furniture was wobbly, we got a handicapped shower (which wasn't asked for nor needed), the bedding was two blankets that were the thickness of a throw (very thin). My biggest problem was that the room smelled of smoke as soon as i walked in. I immediately asked the front desk rep. to note it and come smell. She did come promptly but didnt even offer to move us, only to spray the room. The smell went away for that day and came right back. I dont think I would stay here again unless I absolutely had no other options.
