Will is a great guy. He came out and gave us a quote and was very informative. He made us feel comfortable and that we could trust him. He lives in the community and we wanted to support a local business. Joe came to do the install and he was amazing and very knowledgable. Our home needed new air conditioning and heating systems updated . We have 2 units in our home . They were very old and outdated . Will came out and serviced our old units several times and helped us keep them running until we could purchase the new ones . It was challenging to budget for 2 separate units at once . But Will and family helped us out tremendously and worked with our budget to get us 2 new awesome units! They came and took out the old ones and installed not one but 2 new units in one day! It was a lot of work but they came and did an awesome job ! They were professional and their work was so neat and clean ! We were so impressed! I would recommend this company to anyone that wants professional and quality work in their home or business!

Upon first speaking to Will, I felt confident his team was best suited for the job. Will was extremely knowledgeable, honest, offered fair pricing, and patiently answered my 150 questions. From start to finish, my experience was top notch. From personal experience, there are a lot of choices when choosing an HVAC company and it feels very overwhelming. Martin family HVAC did everything they said they were going to do in the time limits they gave us. They showed up on time and were very professional. Employees were polite and well mannered and clean and respectful of others. They laid drop cloths down on the carpet and walkway. They did not leave a mess. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed me how to use the unit. Explain everything that they did in detail and showed me everything as well. If you are looking for someone to service your equipment or buy new equipment STOP YOU FOUND THE RIGHT COMPANY !!!! I suggest very heavily that you give them a call and ask for Will.

Martin Family HVAC was highly recommended to me and there is a reason! My elderly mother lives far out in the country and had lost all cooling. They were able to talk with her and schedule a visit within a week and this is the busy season for cooling! They communicated with me and with my mother since I cannot be there physically but was helping. Because of the age of the unit and the limits to our financial situation they fixed and replaced all they could without scrapping the entire unit. My mom called me so very happy and relieved as she has her A/C working again! They were prompt and courteous, communicating with both me remotely and my mom locally. I would highly recommend them and appreciate the exemplary service!
