Awesome experience with Cruz, made our full-day Napa trip out of San Fran an unforgettable one! From building our itinerary, to a comfortable ride for the 5 of us, to on-tap knowledge of the Napa area, to keeping us on schedule and checked in at all our stops, to entertaining our choice of playlist on the ride home - the experience was first class. Our group booked a Napa wine day through Master Wine Tours and our expectations were met and exceeded. Our driver, Bank, was perfectly punctual, helpful, friendly, and professional. Even on our way home, when we were a little rowdy, Bank was patient and took great care of us.

The best part of this experience is that it was just so easy. We made it to all of our destinations on time and the schedule was managed for us. Highly recommend this company, and Mr. Bank, with highest regards.

You MUST use Master Wine Tours for your trip to Napa!! My husband and I went with friends for a recent weekend trip. Bank helped plan the wineries and gave his recommendations for wineries, timing, and what to do for lunch. He made the planning aspect of this trip so easy! Cruz was an incredibly knowledgeable driver with his background in winemaking and expertise of the area. He made the drives between wineries so fun and engaging both for my husband and I who have been to the area several times, and our friends who were new to the area! He also brought us to the Napa Valley Welcome sign and took our picture with it and pictures at the wineries too! Every detail was planned out perfectly. We can’t wait to use them in the future.

I highly recommend using Master Wine Tours to be your tour guide for a trip to Napa Valley! First let me say that my wife and I have used many tour guides around the world and this ranks as high as any. You'd be really missing a great opportunity to have a very personalized, unforgettable experience if you don't use them!

Here's some details to get some context of our experience.

In planning our trip we felt overwhelmed with the multitude of options in the area, and with limited time to celebrate our five year anniversary away from our children, we really wanted to make each winery as special as possible. Bank, from Master Wine Tours, was fantastic in helping to create, what we consider a perfect experience suited to our interests. We gave very general information (like we like cab saug, enjoy delicious food, and want a intimate experience) and we were provided an absolute knockout lineup of wineries and paired tastings that we would have never known about otherwise. The highlights were a Lunch Pairing at Round Pound that was to die for! And an intimate yet laid back tasting at O'Brien.

Throughout, we had Cruz as our driver, who had spent decades in wine making. He was punctual, professional, personable and more importantly full of information to learn about the region, it's history and the wine making process. It was like having our own professor to drive us around. So when we arrived at locations, we were well informed and could really dive into a full experience of the winery. He even picked us up from Sacramento and then drove us to San Fran for our flight home.

Without a doubt, we will be booking any and every trip to Napa through Master Wine Tours!
