We had an incredible experience working with Max Catering and specifically their catering manager for our 220 person wedding.
We booked them in early 2021 for our June 2022 tented wedding (where we had to bring EVERYTHING on site - it was a field!). We had a delicious tasting with them in May 2021, followed by clear and easy communication in the months leading up to the wedding. Their catering manager met with us multiple times leading up to our wedding, attended our site visit, and worked directly with the rentals provider to ensure they had the supplies they needed. They even let us make headcount adjustments in the final days leading up to the wedding as we had several guests cancel close to the date. It’s also worth noting that we had a hiccup with the site itself where they changed their liquor permit requirements - Max was incredibly communicative and worked with the township to understand the law and help fix our issue, all with 3 weeks to go until our wedding. They are fairly priced and the food was absolutely delicious - my friends can’t stop talking about the short rib and mashed potato bite hors douevers at our cocktail hour. I felt like they had such a great handle on all aspects of the event, and catering really manages the event from start to finish - so I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much for making our day absolutely perfect and enabling us to relax and have fun!
