I tried to sell a property on my own and it never works out but after listening to Mayra and her opinion on staging it was less than a week later and I got within 2% of what we had it listed for in a buyers market so I was so pleased with her and you should use her also. Very honest and would always touch base with me and I was never NOT in the loop every week with showings etc.
