The inside of the store is clean and very comfortable. The staff are also kind. However, the entrance to the parking lot from the road is very hard to find. It is especially hard to find at night, so I would like to see a lighted sign installed.

So I haven't checked every single McDonald's in the Disney World area, but I have a hunch that they're all hip and modern. This one is no exception. Check out the videos and photos for the interior. They also have a huge indoor playground (for a quick service restaurant). Great for kids who need to burn off some energy!

I can say the older gentleman cleaning tables and bringing the orders to the table. I don't know his name, but he was working around 10:30 P.M. on 01/02/2025, I can tell you he is a good worker. Keep all tables clean and everything organized. People ask for items, and he went to get it with no problem. Great job! I give 10 🌟 to him.

Late lunch, Walk in and the staff greet you and help you. Great service. Food as expected. Nothing wrong.
Very clean. Parking. Drive through and Play Place.
If the staff is still here, a great option.

Just been to this place 15-20 minutes ago and took home our order. First of all, the order was missing a few items. Had we not checked, we would have left without it. When we called the attention of the staff, they seem to know these items were missing but didn’t even care telling us. When we got home, we found out that we were given stale food. For example, the guava and cream pie was already beyond the ‘eat by’ time by 2.5 hours.

Would not recommend this dishonest branch.

I'm honestly in shock over how bad the service was. Gotta repeat your order 5 times in the drive through with someone who clearly can barely understand English only for the order still be wrong at the end. Good luck flagging anyone down inside if you need help as well. Since you can't get ketchup or refills or anything in the seating area it's frustrating to have to repeatedly ask for help just to be ignored. Also what is up with your workers not properly filling the drink cups and handing out almost half empty drinks?

Look, it’s a McDonald’s review in 2023 so obviously adjust your expectations - but this location has a ton going for it.
- brand new! At least for now it’s nice and shiny and clean and new!
- it’s got an indoor play place?!? That seems to be a unicorn these days but this location has it!
- plenty of parking and a double drive through. This location gets crazy busy but they do seem to get the line moving.

Big negative is no self-serve drink refills and you can only order at the kiosks unless you beg and convince someone you can only pay cash.

I only come to this McDonald's because my daughter loves the park. The service is terrible from the girl at the counter. And it has happened several times. Super rude. In addition to the fact that I have already ordered a happy meal 3 times and they don't give my daughter a toy. They should take into consideration having inventory because one still pays for the product and they should also serve other people well because it is in bad taste for one to be nice and the person on the other end to be rude.
