Disappointed and disturbed to see two Mcllwain buses blocking a significant chunk of the bike lane on Smallman Street in Pittsburgh. This endangers cyclists who have to pull out into traffic to continue up Smallman. I spoke to both drivers who informed me they had "no choice" but to park there. (Credit to the Drivers, they were kind and engaged respectfully). Please Mcllwain, work with your drivers to emphasize it is illegal to block bike lanes in PIttsburgh, and that behavior puts human lives at risk.

7/28/23 star lake amphitheater .super aggressive driver. To clarify I was not on the bus but rather a passenger in a friends car. Leaving the pantera concert the parking lot was a nightmare to get out of. As we waited our turn like everybody else a Mcllwain tour bus attempted to cut us off to pass. The driver decided to form his own lane of traffic to try to get around us.
My friend driving who was waiting patiently decided not to waive him on since he was trying to cut us off. This man in the bus pulled up so close on our bumper and rear end of car that we thought he for sure was going to hit us. It was wild. Wish I could have got the number on the bus to leave a formal complaint.
Would definitely avoid this company with drivers like that.

Today, my friend and I travelled to the Steelers game on a McIlwain Chartered Bus. Pat was the host. We paid $50 each for our seats on this bus. When we arrived at the game, Pat told us that we had a half hour after the game to get back to the bus. My friend and I got "turned around" in the sea of people exiting the game, and we lost our bearings. We asked at least 9 different people, including security guards, how to get to where our bus was, and the information we received was conflicting. Pat had my cell phone number. He called me when we weren't at the bus and I explained that we were on our way. We arrived 15 minutes late. Pat came back to our seats and yelled at the top of his lungs at us because we were late. He said if we ever took that bus again and were late, he would leave us in Pittsburgh. He embarrassed and humiliated my friend and me by yelling at us in front of everyone on the bus. We are 70 years old. We did not mean to get lost. Several people on the bus apologized to us for Pat's behavior and said to please feel free to travel on the bus again. This was a horrible experience and we will not travel with McIlwain in the future. I have travelled on this bus in the past to Steelers games and I have even recommended it to friends going to games. I will definitely tell my friends about this terrible experience and I will never recommend it again.

Great bus driver but the bus has no Ac is hot as can on a 80 degree day and I have never hated a charter bus more than this the bathroom stinks and it is awful and the bus deserves to be scared but the bus driver was great he did everything right just the bus was terrible

Very uncooperative when trying to resolve serious issue and gives you the run around doesn't seem to care about the mental and physical well being of the children they transport on their school bus line.
