My sister had the unfortunate experience of renting a venue that promised to accommodate 80 guests but fell woefully short in terms of comfort and customer service. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement; I wish I could give this place negative stars.

Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the venue could not handle the heat generated by even a small group, let alone the full capacity they claimed to accommodate. The sole air conditioning unit, which was modest in size and sitting awkwardly over a sink, barely cooled the space. As if that weren't enough, there were just two small fans positioned to blow hot air around, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere that left everyone sweating and searching for relief.

When I brought this issue to the owners' attention, their response was shockingly rude. Instead of offering assistance or acknowledging the discomfort we were experiencing, they insisted that if we were truly hosting 80 people, the air conditioning would have been effective. This dismissive attitude only added insult to injury, making it clear they were uninterested in providing any form of customer care.

To make matters worse, the pictures advertised on their website do not accurately represent the current state of the venue. The reality was far from the inviting atmosphere they portrayed, leading me to question the integrity of their marketing altogether.

In short, I cannot recommend this venue. It’s not just the inadequate air conditioning that is the problem—it's the complete lack of professionalism from the owners. If you're considering hosting an event here, I urge you to think twice and look for alternatives that respect their clients and deliver on their promises. This venue is a hard pass from me.

A contract was arranged with Claudia to host a baby shower event on Saturday, July 27, 2024, for 80 guests. Two key concerns need to be addressed regarding the event. Initially, despite assurances of proper ventilation and air conditioning in the banquet hall, the reality was quite different. Only two fans and one window air conditioner were in place. The window air conditioner was incorrectly positioned over a sink, blowing hot air into the venue instead of cooling it effectively. These provisions were inadequate for the capacity of the venue and resulted in a stifling and uncomfortable environment for guests, staff, and the organizer. The lack of functional ventilation was made worse by the owner's instruction to keep the entrance door closed at all times and the presence of a hot kitchen area near the guests. These conditions did not align with what was promised in the contract, where central air conditioning and appropriate ventilation were assured.

Additionally, a significant safety concern arose regarding emergency exits. Only one clear exit was easily accessible to guests, while a purported second exit was blocked by parked project cars. This secondary exit also led through the kitchen area, posing a serious risk in the event of an evacuation.

Efforts were made to communicate these issues to the owner and her husband, but they responded confrontationally and uncooperatively. They ultimately chose not to address the concerns and encouraged the event to conclude prematurely. The unsanitary conditions, including pest presence and poor hygiene in the kitchen, only added to the dissatisfaction with the venue.

Evidence in the form of images and videos from the event has been carefully documented to support these claims.
