Medicalmex medical was A top notch facility and experience. They have such wonder doctors nursing and coordinators. We flew into San Diego and travel with Maricio to the hospital. Met with Dr fak. Had surgery and then spent 2 days in the hospital and then to the motel.

Prior to coming to medicalmex I was full of anxiety and fear stepping into the unknown. I found my dealings with Elizabeth from Medicalmex reassuring as she helped me prepare for my gastric sleeve journey. On arrival I was picked by my Driver Ramón who helped me feel safe and comfortable heading into Tijuana. The facility is beautiful and clean and provided a private room with my own bathroom. The staff in the clinic are all amazing and did their best to make sure I was taken care of and my needs were met. My anesthetist was very helpful in explaining the process even what to expect and listen for when I would be woken up. My surgeon Dr Fok did an amazing job with my gastric sleeve and has a good comforting energy about him. The facility is located right next to the hotel and everything you need is provided for you. All in all I back medicalmex with 5 stars as I believe that coming all the way from New Zealand to Mexico I have been treated beyond what I was expecting. Big thank you to every person I've encountered on the is journey and would highly recommend Medicalmex to anyone who wants to feel safe and comfortable when traveling for gastric sleeve.

Amazing experience with MedicalMex. Our initial emails with Elizbeth, being cared for by the amazing staff, Dr Pablo Fok, our nurses Jose and Brenda, and especially the care for coordination from Cristian. The facilities are clean and functional. We travelled from New Zealand and have absolutely no regrets. The care and service was second to none. Would recommend to anyone ?

So I came here for the gastric sleeve. I actually had a choice between Turkey or Mexico considering I live in the USA. I thought that coming to Mexico would be a lot more affordable after my insurance denied me and I didn’t want to wait too long to get the surgery I decided to just move ahead with Mexico. I’ve looked high and low for different doctors and medical mix was the best Was the best option for me? I’m so glad I chose it from the time that I step foot off of the Airplane got into the drivers car which was clean. Driver was very professional. Had a great conversation 10 out of 10. I got to the facility, they spoke to me about everything that’s gonna happen signed a few papers, basically Medical office sign those papers and I didn’t necessarily ask for money upfront because then it would feel like more like a transaction instead of a service that they’re providing for you so I the first day I got here was my surgery and they treated me so well I spoke to multiple people with many nurses that attended to me. Everyone was so sweet clean the facility clean I have my own room with the bathroom inside the bathroom was clean. I am a clean freak myself and so to see that the bathroom was as clean as it was was great, did the surgery woke up from surgery and minimum pain? It was pretty much no pain. I was more so groggy but not not in pain so the surgery went well. I am the second day I was able to have something to drink so they bought me different options they gave me broth water, apple juice and some vitamin water like a Gatorade type of thing and I also got Jell-O wasn’t able to keep it down or rather wasn’t able to , drink too much but it was great all the more so they change your sheets so you’re not sleeping on the same sheets that you had from the first day they change the sheets for you. They assisted me whenever I needed assistance they were there whenever I needed to call someone as a TV in the room as well just overall great experience with this facility I would recommend this facility 10 out of 10 anyone who’s been looking? Been on the fence for you not getting the surgery I would say go with medical Max they are going to treat you so well .

The team at Medicalmex have been absolutely amazing thus far. Today is my first day post op and I am feeling fantastic. The tentative care I have been receiving from the nursing team here is second to none, Dr Fok has been absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend him and his team. The facilities here are nice and modern and comfortable, bonus is a private room with a big TV and Netflix to keep you entertained, and not to forget the luxurious private bathroom with an incredible rain shower. Incredibly happy with my decision to have surgery with Dr Fok and would highly recommend him and his team to anyone sitting on the fence.

Incredible experience. Everyone is amazing. I felt taken care of from the moment I landed. I was picked up a beautiful suv with a friendly driver. My coordinator was waiting for me when I arrived. She answered all my questions with direct answers. The surgery was quick. I never felt pain. I had some discomfort but at the 12 hour mark I asked to be taken off pain medication.

I had a friend who had the same procedure in the US and I stayed with her a couple days immediately after. Out of the two experiences I would return to MedicalMex in a heartbeat.
