Melt is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. It is were my second date with my now wife was and our anniversary spot will be.

The food is delicious, with wonderful portions and their selection of fine wines leaves you satisfied.

The atmosphere is superb and only complimented by the waiting staff. The gentleman that served us tonight was on-point and made the anniversary experience all the more welcoming.

To top it off, they surprised us with an anniversary cheesecake that was fantastic.

I cannot recommend them enough. 6/5 Stars.

Came into melt today to have a quick late lunch, sat down at the bar tables. My servers Erik and Vasilis were very attentive with refills and had great recommendations from their menu. I ended up getting their lunch feature. A Rueben with house made potato salad, it was delicious. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Everything about this restaurant was absolutely incredible! We traveled from out of town and truly had no idea what to expect. First, we arrived a bit early for our reservation, and the area in front of the hostess stand was quite busy. Still, the attentive hostess (Dasia, I believe) managed to see when we walked in and came from behind the stand to warmly greet us. We told her we could wait at the bar and order a cocktail while we waited for our table. Within moments of ordering our drinks, she swooped in (again), to let us know that our table was ready. Then, seconds after sitting down and admiring the ambiance, our server, Lauren, quickly approached our table to introduce herself. I ordered the seafood stew, my husband ordered the lamb, and my sister ordered the rib-eye steak - for the first time ever, we literally cleaned our plates! I ordered the mashed potatoes on the side, and was so disappointed I couldn't finish it! What was even more impressive was how attentive and welcoming every staff member was despite how insanely busy the place was that evening. The hostess, Dasia, came back to check on us, Lauren was always ready and aware if our glasses were empty, and the manager stopped by to ask us about experience. Melt certainly knows how to take hospitality to a whole new level! We'll definitely be back! Thank you Melt team!

We were there on Thanksgiving. The food was great, and in abundance. The the desert was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful, the host, and the servers were very friendly. The only reason I selected 4 stars, was because the soup was a bit salty. Otherwise, everything was superb!

As of recently, my wife and I dined at Melt in the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley. With a reservation for 7:15 p.m., we bypassed the busy lobby and were seated promptly. The atmosphere was lively, with staff constantly on the move, and the energy suggested we were in for something special. Melt came highly recommended by friends and had strong reviews, so expectations were high.

The menu, however, caught me off guard. Its design—a throwback to 90s diner placemats—felt out of sync with the restaurant’s polished aesthetic. It set a mismatched tone, but I pressed on.

Our first drinks, the "Uva Bianca" and "Cala Luna," were visually appealing and enjoyable. Both were balanced and well-executed, a promising start. For appetizers, we chose the "Calamari Fritti," served with lemon aioli, fried basil, and fresh lemon. It was crisp, flavorful, and paired well with the aioli, though it quickly lost its texture as it sat. The portion was also smaller than expected, which tempered my enthusiasm.

For mains, my wife opted for the gluten-free "Bucatini Carbonara," and I chose a smaller portion of the same, along with the "Fettuccine Bolognese." While my wife enjoyed her dish, I found the carbonara oily and lacking depth. The bolognese was better—rich, creamy, and flavorful without being overwhelming. However, both dishes were lukewarm, served on plates inexplicably hotter than the food itself. At this level, consistent temperature isn’t negotiable.

Dessert followed a similar pattern. My wife had vanilla gelato, and I tried the "Pasticcino di Cioccolato," a dark chocolate torta with crĆØme anglaise and chocolate sauce. The flavors were decent, but the temperature issue persisted—cold edges with a warm center. Even the coffee, served black, felt underwhelming and watered down.

While the waitstaff was attentive and the ambiance inviting, the meal didn’t live up to the 4.5-star Google reviews or the hefty $200 tab. Food quality suffered from poor temperature control, which suggests a problem in timing or kitchen-to-table coordination. For the price, I would gladly wait longer to ensure proper execution.

Melt has potential, but potential alone isn’t enough. High-priced dining demands consistency, and this visit didn’t deliver. Fine dining requires more than a good vibe and attractive plating—it needs follow-through.

I ordered takeout, rigatoni with vodka sauce. was charged $18 for maybe 20-25 noodles. the sauce tasted nothing like vodka sauce or marinara? the sauce wasn’t bad, but not what i asked for, and such a rip off for the very small portion. i’m still hungry.
