Llevo unos 3 años con esta agencia la verdad que mientras todo funciona bien no hay problemas a no tengas una situación como la mía que un repartidor trato mal a mi madre porque no encontraba la dirección le dijo mentiras a mi madre de que había estado en casa y no era cierto , tal vez ella se aya molestado pero no hizo un escándalo como argumenta el repartidor ya que es una señora mayor , después de prácticamente haber hecho mi pasaporte con ellos sacando pasajes para cuba para toda mi familia , enviado dineros en muchísimas ocasiones rentando coches para vacaciones en cuba , pesa más la palabra de un repartidor nuevo que la de un cliente de años , bueno sencilla mente la respuesta a mi problema fue prefiero perder un cliente , pues bien , cliente perdido muchas gracias , y por supuesto que no vuelvo a recomendar esta agencia jamás
