We recently got married on October 7 of this year at Michael's Catering and Banquets, it was an amazing night at this beautiful hall. To plan a wedding can be very stressful, let alone planning it from another country (Canada) but from the beginning when I got into contact with Stephanie to the very night of the wedding, everything went perfect, they reply as soon as possible to your email/call.. I have nothing but good stuff to say about these ladies and this hall, everything was perfect, and highly recommend Michael's for a wedding/shower/meeting etc .. Thank You Stephanie & Jessica for making our dream wedding come true !

Attended a banquet at Michael's yesterday. The staff was hard working and made every effort to please about 200 people. The lunch buffet was great! Food was nicely seasoned, fresh, and properly prepared. I'd encourage others to book their event here. The only exception was the quality of the donuts in the morning. I think they may have been a frozen product, can't say for sure.

The team at Michaels was outstanding!!! We booked them for their off-site catering services. After meeting with Nathan he told us this was a new service that he and the team at Michaels were trying. Well after having them at our wedding this past Sunday August 13 I can say that they didn't need to "Try". They were PHENOMENAL!!! They were so observant and attentive to our needs/what was going. Nathan took the time to fix my wife's dress before she walked down the aisle to me. During dinner and after he continuously asked me if we needed to ensure our big day went off without a hitch. From booking to the day of the whole team was so friendly and personable. I'd be remissed if I didn't mention Renee the office manager, she made sure everything was in perfect order and on track when we did our final payment. We were there with her for almost and hour talking and laughing about everything even things that didn't involve our wedding honestly between her and Nathans team they put us at ease and made us less worried about our big day. If you want an off-site catering team that will truly honestly take care of you Renee, Nathan and their team are top-notch.

Thank You for being an amazing part of our big day you will forever be a part of our memory of that day.

We had our Christmas wedding reception here on 12/22/23. The staff was absolutely amazing! They set up a Christmas tree for us and a Christmas village. They over exceeded my expectations. They set up all our decor and I was in tears when I walked into the reception for the first time on our wedding day because it was absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing. All of our guests commented on how the food was delicious and if one of our guests had a dietary restriction, Michaels was able to accommodate and those people also commented on how delicious their food was. We had the pretzel bar for our late night snack and the hot chocolate bar which were both big hits at our wedding! Overall, if you’re questioning using Michael’s for your wedding/banquet/party, stop questioning and do it because they do amazing work!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Had a wonderful mom's day brunch. Everything was delicious! The only thing that was upsetting was the way the woman at the register was rude & overwhelmed. Shouting at workers!! There was another group coming & she was rushing us along, forgetting that we had a long wait to be seated & rushed to get out! That is the only reason I couldn't give a 5 star.

We hadn't been to an event at Michael's in years. The wait staff and servers were very helpful and treated every guest with respect. We had a buffet dinner, food was cold, carrots were not fully cooked, salad dressing was not labeled. Surprised for a Friday evening in October that we were the only event. Rest rooms were clean. Easy parking.

great place for the reception, lots of room for everyone and the service was excellent. plenty of parking including handycap parking. I will definitely recommend this place .
