I highly recommend Miller Travel Services for all of your travel needs. My wife and I wanted to tour Switzerland by rail. I contacted Ann Denny with a vague idea of what I was looking for. Ann was able to run with the ball and put together a perfect European vacation package with next to no notice. Ann put together a perfectly executed itinerary with air travel, hotels, and excursions. The entire experience was great! We couldn't have been happier. We spent time in the most picturesque areas of Switzerland where every picture we took could have easily been on a post card. Ann was friendly and professional every step of the way. The weather was absolutely perfect while we were in Switzerland.........I bet Ann took care of that as well 🙂.

A little background, my mom‘s 93 and she was traveling from Pennsylvania to Texas for a family reunion and Ann Denny at Miller travel booked her a package. On her return flight the first part of her journey the airplane was in delay, so they missed the connecting flight, put her up at a hotel, promised to call her and wake her up for the shuttle to the airport and apparently that didn’t happen so my mom missed her next flight, but Ann Denny was able to get her on the next flight at 2:35 and it was overbooked but considering my mom‘s age and apparent weakened condition she was heroic in her efforts and was able to get her on the flight. I wanted to recognize her. She’s an amazing human being

Called for help with plane tickets. Had to change flight date due to family emergency and owner was extremely rude. A one way ticket to La she booked for $635. Looking online I saw I could have gotten it for half that. In the end I requested a refund due to lack of communication and wanted to add another passenger. She refused to help told me to call the airline they charge $50 to take over from the travel agency. Spoke to the other owner who was just as rude. Apparently that little commission for billing an astronomical amount of money meant more to them than the satisfaction of their customer. I assumed that the trip would be handled completely and we were very wrong.
