I showed and sent the photo so many times, and my stage still looked completely different from what I asked for when I walked in to my wedding. All of the foam was showing and the flowers looked cheap. A wedding is an important event, so I thought the details I mentioned would be taken into consideration. I’m extremely upset that my stage was completely different from what I sent, and the charge was way too high based off of what was done. I appreciated the help with setting up my table numbers and helping with other things, but the decor was not what I wanted at all. It was also hard to reach Mimi, and when I did reach out, she didn’t even remember who I was, and I constantly had to reintroduce or remind her of certain things. Super disappointed. If you can’t do the design then let us talk to someone else or just tell me you can’t do it. It was our wedding day….

She went above and beyond to execute my wife’s every wish!! If we asked she made sure it happened accordingly.

She is very professional and genuine about the work and service she provides! Honestly, one aspect of the wedding that we felt no stress or worries!! We had so much confidence and trust in her and her execution it was a breeze to tackle. We knew if something came up she would hold it down in our defense, in which she did!!!
