John and team were great! While visiting family for the holidays, they helped get me in quickly to solve my brake issues before the trip back south! They were personable and charged nothing for a brake inspection.

Kenneth was my technician and he had great communication with me regarding my issues with my car and showed me the worn out parts. If it wasn't for him telling me about the payment plan, I wouldn't have been able to get the work done that was needed. He was very informative and very knowledgeable.

The staff at this location is absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly every time I I come in. They always do an amazing job with my car and treat me and my vehicle with respect. This is my favorite place to take my vehicle because of those reasons. Thank you to all the staff who work here for always being so kind and honest about my vehicle care and maintenance.

However I do have one complaint. The call center is absolutely terrible, the call center staff can’t ever understand what I’m saying. The call center doesn’t even know the shop hours (the one lady tried to book me a 7 appointment when the shop closes at 7). I’ve talked to multiple different people at the call center and 99% of them don’t even know what they are talking about. Some of them can hardly speak English or their English is so poor that their response is nonsense. Some of their answers were so scripted that it didn’t even answer the question(s) I had asked. For the love of customer service please go back to just letting us call the stores directly. I want to talk to the people who actually understand cars and know what they are talking about not some random person from another country that doesn’t even know anything about vehicles. The call center wasted my time and I was about to call a totally different company before I decided to just drive up here! To no one’s surprise the shop actually was able to see me despite the call center telling me they couldn’t until a much later time.

I can guarantee you that the loyal customers of this location (and all other locations for that matter) would much rather talk to the staff that we know and trust not some random person(s) that don’t know jack about vehicles. GET RID OF THE CALL CENTER. Please Monro corporate listen to your customers and reconsider the call center.

As the new manager, John seems to have the right attitude for the job. Store has been thru several managers, that's why I went elsewhere. Gave store another shot, so far so good. Had a tire keep going flat and found a nail in it. Hopefully John will be around for awhile to build customer loyalty.

John and Ken did a fantastic job. I just moved to Johnstown. They diagnosed a faulty tire that was on the verge of a blow-out, and replaced it at a very competitive price, including a discount. Unsolicited at at no additional charge, Ken also detected and straightened out the bent rim on the tire, which may have been responsible for the problem in the first place, so it will not recur. Fast, courteous and expert service. Everything was explained clearly and in detail. Definitely my new go to place for any issue with my Rogue, and for subsequent oil changes and tires.

Everytime I’ve went there it was with very little time in between me calling and them making sure to get me in same day. One being a holiday where I woke up to go to holiday with my family and my tire was flat and not holding air. I called around SO many places and they were the only people to tell me if I can get it there, they will handle it quickly for me knowing I was so stressed out. Another time being recently when I needed an oil change. They were super personable, Helpful, and explained things to me a few times when I kept asking questions. 100% would recommend.

John, Ken, Tim, and Robert provided exceptional service! They were able to get me in on a Saturday over the holiday weekend to put my new tires on. They were reasonably priced and so fast and efficient! I felt like I could trust them with my vehicle, time, and money. I will be a returning customer. Thanks to the entire team for the transparency and efficiency - and my car drives great with my new tires!
