Our wedding florals and set up were a dream come true! Joey and the Mosaic team did an incredible job. I was able to sit down with Joey and chat through all that I'm looking for our big day. He was very thorough and instantly knew I was in good hands. You could see how much effort the team put into every detail and we're so happy we chose to make it Mosaic!

I married my husband, Brandon, in late October this past year and we hired MOSAIC & Co. as our florist. Brandon and I live in Georgia, so most of our correspondence with MOSAIC & Co. was over email, phone, and zoom meetings; even though everything was done long-distance, my experience was incredibly positive. I have never worked with a Florist before and had no idea what to expect going into this. But everyone at MOSAIC quickly assuaged my worries. Starting with my email correspondence with Melissa-- she is fantastic at reaching out or touching base in a timely manner and I appreciate her patience with my many ideas and preferences (which were things from incorporating candles to the style of the arch, to last-minute adjustments like the little bouquets secured to the tool draped over the aisle chairs). Furthermore, Joe, the owner and head florist, was warm and inviting starting on day one with our consultation! It took me some time to choose our wedding florist and I never felt pressured during my decision-making process, simply supported. Joe took my ideas for whimsical, spread out florals that take advantage of negative space-- and RAN with it. The florals at our wedding were everything I had wanted and so much more!

Seeing our flowers on the wedding day made everything suddenly feel so real (in the best way). I had guests coming up to me to compliment our floral arrangements ALL day. I had wanted a trailing/cascading bridal bouquet and that was perhaps the only thing that was amiss-- but the bouquet I received from MOSAIC & Co. was so in line with the rest of the florals and my vision that I didn't mind at all. The flowers were spectacular and then were repurposed beautifully for the Reception space (which saved us some money). Not to mention the flowers on our Wedding Cake were STUNNING and made the cake itself look like an art piece worthy of display in a museum. MOSAIC’s Planning, Delivery, Timing, Creativity, and Set Up were all amazing and I absolutely recommend MOSAIC & Co. to anyone looking for event florals in the area!

Beautiful flowers I have no complaints I love them so much. However my husband specially asked for pink flowers and there weren’t many on there. However if I don’t get my floral arrangements from ‘mosaic every holiday I don’t want it haha

The only thing better than Mosaic and Co’s clear and quick communication and collaborative planning style is their actual floral design. We were blown away by the bouquets and floral arrangements they provided for our wedding this weekend. My jaw dropped when our bouquets showed up on Saturday morning, they were so stunning. We were able to get absolutely everything we wanted for our ceremony and reception (including pocket boutonnieres (!!) and a gorgeous offset sweetheart table decor) within our budget, and as total floral novices we felt totally comfortable throughout the planning process. From the bud vases at our cocktail hour to the floating candle display at the reception and everything in between, we were amazed at every turn. Flowers went from something I was nervous about and didn’t plan to prioritize to quite literally a centerpiece of our wedding, and we can’t thank Mosaic enough.

Our wedding was this past Saturday, and I had the pleasure of working with Joe and the Mosaic team. I simply cannot recommend this brilliant team enough.

An event that changed more times than I can believe - in the midst of a global pandemic, frequently changing state-by-state travel restrictions, and a constant concern for the safety of our friends and family.

Our original planning in the few weeks of our engagement pre-COVID included 180 guests at our ceremony in the Lehigh University chapel followed by a reception in the grand ballroom at Hotel Bethlehem, both including lush and large floral and decor to match the massive spaces and soaring ceilings. We started working with Joe and Mosaic on all things big and small - the timeline for a weekend full of events, the contents of the welcome bags, the color scheme, pulling together the printed pieces, floral, table settings - everything. And then, when the world turned upside-down and we knew it was no longer realistic to have this large wedding, we asked Joe if he would continue working with us in a very different looking celebration - and a different state altogether - at our new home in Avon, CT. We wanted to make certain that that we kept all the elements we had worked so hard at so carefully crafting. We were thrilled that Joe found us amazing vendors to work with (photography, videography, catering, rentals) in the new town we just recently moved to, and coordinated with each of them.

I am still filled with so much gratitude that Joe agreed to continue working with us, and carried all of this planning and all of these details to our new celebrations. Joe always made me feel like a bride, and that even during such a challenging, crazy time, this would be the best time of our lives and would be just as special. And he was right.

Linda is an incredible asset. She also embodies the “no task too great or too small” mentality and always made me feel like I could completely relax and enjoy our wedding and not have to worry about one single thing (not easy for a bride used to having control, during a completely uncontrollable world!).

Our wedding weekend was infused with magic, our guests and I are still talking about how our home was transformed for our celebration. Two completely different looks for our Friday welcome dinner, Saturday ceremony and reception, and Sunday brunch. And - our Friday welcome included a birthday celebration for my groom and one of his groomsmen, and Joe helped with every detail of this too, from the AV set up in our family room, surprise gifts, cakes and candles and more!

The florals for each day were incredible. Everywhere we looked were luscious flowers and greens, pieces of art. From my incredible bouquet (Joe helped me preserve this and gave me the great idea to place into a shadow box), to my flower girls’ flower crowns, to the centerpieces on tables and eucalyptus crawling up our stairway bannister, and then for Saturday on the walls of our living room (plucked right out of a fairy tale!), bouquets on the mantle and counters and side tables and even the bathroom - guests enjoyed incredible and unique flowers from the moment they arrived at our house, with a huge, gorgeous wreath - with our custom logo peeking out! Joe helped us find other creative places for our logo too - the cake topper, on a candle as a giveaway for guests with custom matchbox, cocktail napkins, all our printed pieces (welcome letter, program book, menu), and “guest book” - little bronze charms that our guests attached to a tag with well wishes, placed into a shadow box we can hang and have as a beautiful reminder of the night and our intimate group of guests.

Every single detail of this entire weekend was accounted for and just perfect, and I truly know I could have never pulled off such an amazing weekend without Joe.
