When we walked into the room it smelled so bad, and the TV didn't work, we asked for new remote it took them 3 hours to give us a new one and it worked for 30 minutes then the cable went out so there was no TV and the room and bathroom weren't that clean. I had to clean the bathroom myself. The bathtub was really dirty. Kind of disappointed that I spent 81$ on a room that wasn't worth it.

Woman in the office was not there when we arrived had to wait around. She was rude, room was dirty and smelly. Dirty sheets asked her for fresh sheets she threw them at me had no room service I had to do it, went back to room new sheets were dirty, ended up checking out immediately with my 13 yr old son. Avoid this hotel.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This hotel was an absolute dump. Black mold in shower. Beds had black goo on it and the mattresses were brown. There was even an hair on the “clean” towels. Even the lobby smells horrible. I literally could not stay there and booked a different hotel that night after being in room for less than 30 minutes. I immediately showered once I arrived at New hotel. Do not waste your money. Even the hall way to the room appeared to be sinking in. I don’t know how they are even still in business!! The door lock was even broken. You have been warned. Will be reporting this establishment to the health department.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the room was absolutely disgusting. Black mold in the shower hairs on the towels black goo on the bedding not to mention the brown mattress. The smell was horrible through out the whole building the people at the front desk were rude and not helpful. Me and my friend went and got a whole
Different hotel room when I went down and told
The lady who looked like she had rolled out of bed that the room was disgusting and I refuse to stay there she just took the keys and walked away no apology or offering to change my room nothing. I went through Expedia and they were unable to reach anyone at the hotel for 2 days and when they finally did I was denied my refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I was been calling since 7am this morning and not once did anyone answer the phone I will be calling the health department and reporting them. Here are some picture from that night

They do not have queen beds. Ex ped ia says Queen bed it booked a screen bed then. Of course, they switched it to full size bed. Anyway, it's super cheap, but the hallway and the stairwell. Are nasty and have rotten food on a foam plate in stairwell. Nasty nasty nasty . Burn holes bleach stains on comforter

Positive: I check in later than I thought I was going to and I didn?t like the location of the room and with the help of the night shift employee there. She ended up getting me into a better location for the room I stayed in. Negative: I won?t say that I didn?t like it it was just a lil different. The bedframe was a little high. I am almost 6?2? so it was ok. I didn?t hate it but I didn?t love it.

Lady at front desk accused me of being there before and canceling my room..very ignorant and infested with druggies. Rooms have mold in them and the bedsheets and pillows had hair on them. DO NOT STAY THERE
