I will start with I stay here very frequently. The price is unmatched for something that is affordable multiple days at a time! The staff are always very kind and considerate and so friendly. I have to pups with me and having a pet friendly place is not always the easiest to find in these areas, but when I am here I know my dogs are always welcome. The room is always clean and tidy, stocked and if you need anything they do not hesitate to get you what you need. I love it here and I definitely highly recommend!

Small put of the way motel 6. Working being done on some of the buildings. However, the room was very clean. The beds were comfortable enough for some sleep but could use new mattress for sure! Service was friendly and efficient. No microwave or refrigerator in room either. Seemed to be a safe location with stores very close by.

Booked with Expedia and did not get what I picked for room. The bed was suppose to be a Queen and I got two doubles. No fridge or microwave. The hotel said take it or leave it but advocated to contact Expedia.

The Rooms shower had a leaky shower head. It was clean and decent. I like that pets are allowed. The cost of the room got my attention..

Although staff was very cordial and kind, and the location of the motel is conveniently located off the highway, the motel itself needs a complete renovation with respect to the interior and exterior. The room was way overpriced for what we were offered. The tub was gross, The toilet was gross, the vanity as well. Our first room given to us we requested to be moved as it smelled, the second one wasn’t that much better. I would not recommend the motel. Maybe after they invest some money into improving these conditions, it may offer customers a more pleasant experience.

ROACHES IN ROOM!!! Wait til you hear how it happened... Aside from the broken toilet seat, musty smell, and thin, stained, patched up blanket, we had roaches in our room. The staff did nothing and Corporate Motel 6 pretended they cared and then did nothing either. I was eventually offered a $20 credit from the motel and they've ignored all my calls. I will never stay at any Motel 6 ever again (I think we know why they leave the light on now, for roaches). By the way, this is the kind of motel that has long term residents. One confirmed the roach problem. This is the detailed letter I wrote to the board of health;

Hello, I am writing to you from my car at Motel 6 in Niantic as I cannot go back into our room. I was awoken by a cockroach crawling on my face as I slept. When I felt something on my face I flung it to the floor. I then grabbed my phone for light and saw it on the ground running away so I squashed it. I then continued to look around and saw two tiny bugs which I also squashed. As I had killed the first bug so quickly, I didn't realize at the time it was a cockroach but then I continued to look around the room and found two more cockroaches. I wasn't able to get a photo because they scattered under the baseboard of the floor too quickly. I immediately went to complain to the overnight desk person and she admitted that they had had complaints about cockroaches before in other rooms. I also noticed a can of bug [roach] kill spray in the office as well so obviously they are aware that they have a problem.

I’ve stayed at many different hotels and this place gave me the WORST experience I have ever had. I suggest to anyone looking to book, look elsewhere. I wasn’t allowed into the room I booked for unless I paid for an extra night. The staff told me the manager is the only one who can refund and only comes in for less than an hour and leaves and not even everyday. It took WEEKS to get in touch and still won’t give it back to me simply because he didn’t want to. The whole thing was frustrating and completely unacceptable. Motel 6 Headquarters were of no help at all either. If you want to get scammed of your money then this is the perfect place.

Booked into a handicap room with wood laminate floors that were absolutely FILTHY. Made the mistake of walking from the bed to the bathroom in my bare feet and they were BLACK. The room as NO dresser, only one small place to hang clothes that had TWO hangars, no place to put things other than on the FILTHY floor. No room service the first day so clean towels and no showers for us day 2.

First week in Motel 6 Studio and it been great. People are nice and no noises, plenty of parking lot and clean items, very comfortable to be here. Rwcomended 👍🏻
