I was able to make a reservation for this hotel. The location was great for what i needed. However, when I got there, they were in the middle of a full-on renovation. I was not happy!!

I was very disappointed with the entire motel surroundings. First, thing I drove up to upon checking-in was a brutal fight in front of office (out of your control). Second, upon entering my Non-smoking room I was disgusted by the smell of smoke in the room. Before changing rooms, my daughter's were bit by fleas. I was shown two other rooms before moving into the third. All rooms had a terrible stench of smoke. Then the smell of "Pot" marijuana was around the corner from our room. The adjoining room next to us had noisy clients which kept us up past 1 a.m. with their foul language and loudness. I literally felt so unsafe for my daughters and myself. All three of us left with flea bites and minimal sleep. I had a long drive ahead of me and was concerned because of the lack of sleep. The walk ways were filthy looked like they had not been washed down. I found a store to buy cleaning wipes. The both toilets in our room and previous room were not properly sanitized. I informed the front office and was very pleased that the front office gave me a credit. Very bad experience at your hotel and the Motel 6 in San Diego four years ago. Pets should not be allowed in lodging areas. San Diego also had fleas. Just being as honest so that you can make much needed improvements and consider the population you allow to live in your motels.

Front desk was friendly, they put me next to the laundry room which made the room feel very humid. Also our sheets were dirty and when I pulled the sheets back I saw crumbs. Looked outside of my door I saw the cleaning cart but no one was around so I grabbed the set of sheets and changed them myself. Besides that the room was decent. Good enough to get sleep for the night and located to a 7-Eleven so that was a plus.

The staff at this motel6 location was great. Very responsive and accommodating to your needs and they answer as quickly as possible. The room and bathroom was very clean the beds were very comfortable and the area was pretty quiet. There was an ice machine near by, vending machines and coffee. The TV selections were great and it was worth the money spent.

I stayed here for one night on September 2014. The price was good for being so last minute and for being so close to my job. Though the rooms or the lobby don't have microwave ovens or a mini fridge, it was convenient to have fresh and easy around the corner. I would've loved to have had access to a microwave oven and mini fridge though. The room was clean, inviting, and comfortable. The girl at the front desk was cool and courteous!! Would i stay again? YES!!

The staff here is excellent my room was clean beds were clean and comfortable. This location is no as big as the other locations but is always a great place to come to. I always bring my dog and she is no little dog and they still except her with no pet deposit you can never go wrong if you are traveling with your 4 legged family member.

Upon arriving to check in our hotel was not ready. We arrived close to 4:30pm and check in time was supposed to by by 3pm. We specifically requested a handicap accessible room we were informed they do not have any available, This was mentioned prior to even booking the room. Once the lady at the front desk who was not helpful at all to find a win/win for both the consumer and the business. Once we arrived to the room my toddler asked what was on the floor in the bathroom we were supposed to be in a non smoking room and the bathroom had cigarette ashes all over the floor we informed the front desk and were told that they had just cleaned the room. In other words it is what it is. Since we needed to be at our event shortly after having to wait for our room to be cleaned I just decided to clean up the ashes. I showered my daughter after a long trip so that we could get ready and when I was handing her a towel the towel had hairs on it. Which is very unsanitary. At the many hotels my family and I have stayed at i've always had a fresh roll of toilet paper and a extra one on the counter this time this wasn't the case we had a half empty roll and that's all. This has been the worst experience ever. When asked to speak with management I was told one was not available I find this very hard to believe. I expect to hear back from management as they were to return my phone call within 48 hours according to the front desk person. I've yet to hear from them and its going on 5 days now.

It was excellent, i was able to relax, rest and most of all i had a place for my cat to stay. I was very happy and satisfied with my staying here in Motel 6 Los Angeles- Norwalk. My cat V was also happy. I have a suggestion it would be even more better more than perfect if they had micro-fridge in the rooms. At least in sum. But other than that its good.
