The toilet seat was broken and I fixed it myself. The comforter on a bed had stains on it. The security lock for the door was broken. The TV was poor viewing and the remote had no battery covering. The mini fridge waa dirty, I used a towel to wipe it out. I stayed here for 7 days and had to go to the office 5 times to have the room key reactivated to get back into my room. I will never stay there again!!

Very unprofessional and have to say the lady who checked us in was rude. It was like I woke her up from sleeping cuz we checked in around 1 in the morning, after we drove for 10 hours. I ordered a room with 2 beds and no smoking we got one bed with a fold out couch and no sheets or blankets for the couch in the room. So we had to take the top layer off our bed so our kids didn't have to sleep on a stained gross sticky mattress. All together the best part about it was it had no visible bugs other than that not somewhere I'd recommend you stay with kids!

Retired US Marine and Journeyman Carpenter. The room had crap stains in the bathroom and drink stains by the bed. The bath tub had not even been wiped down. I would have left zero stars on room if i could. Next door neighbor was long term rental and up well after midnight very noisy.

Im staying here now and the room is very clean there are no bed bugs no nasty bathtub I have had a wonderful experience the staff is so nice miss Ashley and mr rob have went above and beyond to be friendly and great workers and they help you with anything you need so I want to say thank you motel 6 for the best motel experience possible 🙏

I have been in a lot of hotels traveling so I know they aren't always perfect as guests like to destroy things and they're remodeling but.....the front desk clerk, Mr Rob, is absolutely awesome. It did not matter what I needed he was prompt, polite and very nice. This man has an excellent personality and made the entire day better just by unlocking the pool for my little girl after the storms passed. I would stay again. The rooms really are decent also. I'm sure they'll be really nice after the remodel is complete. Thanks Rob!

The staff here are excellent, Rob, The other gentleman I think his name was Tony was so extremely helpful and kind they had an issue a water pipe busted and they was waiting on water heater and plumber to get there. we still stayed it was 95 outside so a lukewarm shower we did not mind at all. They handled the situation with upmost thoughtfulness and care. Housekeeping is always great.we will always be back and recommend.

I’m currently staying here and I love it it’s clean the receptionist are very friendly and kind I really needed help because we are experiencing homelessness and One of the workers Rob pointed me in the right direction I cannot thank him enough they care about the guest here and go above and beyond to help I wish I could give ten stars

Attempted to call and ask about last minute booking as the website said they only had 2 rooms available. Called 4 times over 20 minutes with no answer and no answering machine. Was arriving after midnight so needed to confirm the dates on the website were correct so we couldn’t book online.

I admit being an overnight clerk must be tiring, but travelers need to be able to contact them if they allow overnight check-in, which they do (we stayed at another Motel 6 yesterday that had it).

Ended up staying elsewhere because we couldn’t confirm they had rooms available.
