Shaaban the property manager never responded after 8pm. No WiFi password so no TV. Very cold. Heat in upstairs bedrooms, but none in downstairs bedroom. No coffee pot. No curtains on any of the windows, had to put towels up on the bathroom windows so we could shower and get dressed. The one shower in the bathroom with the washer had cold, but no hot water. The other bathroom had hot water, but was dirty. All florescent lighting no lamps anywhere. Weird rope led lights on the stairway. I mentioned towels earlier. . . They were stained and rough. We checked into an open house with the key inside at 8pm and checked out at 6am which we texted and again never got a response. Very poorly managed. Very disappointed in our stay. The pictures were misleading. I would never stay here again!!

Very beautiful place. Great place to stay and relax with family. Nice hiking and walk trails. Breathtaking sunrise.
