This crew knows their stuff. When I first started working in stagecraft, it was the crew at MP that actually took the time to teach me a lot of the finer points of the profession. I truly enjoy working with these guys and have nothing but respect for them. Whether you need to rent a bit of gear or you need the whole 9 yards, the MP shop most likely has what you need.

Update : It saddens me to report that MP as a company was bought out. Don't know most of the details but the boss was already going through a financial restructuring and I am guessing that the offer was too high for him to turn down.

It's now owned by CTI. They seem like a cool enough crew to work with, my only problem is from what I understand their business focus is 90% or more permanent installations of audio, lighting ect. and not live events like the old ownership.

I don't hold that against them but it does mean things are different and it's just not the same crew that I've worked with for several years now. Perhaps in time I'll get to know this crew well too

As the ancient Stoics teach us, The very universe itself is change.If you need live event production, I'm pretty certain they still got you.

Was cold called from Mr. Pope at my place of work and then was berated and insulted by him when I told him we were not interested in his services. Not sure what prompted this behavior as I have never even heard of this business before. Mr. Pope has some anger issues and problems dealing with rejection.
