Excellent & friendly service! I booked my flight, hotel & car rental to Mexico City with them. Manuela & Helena were both very pleasant & very knowledgeable to work with. They answered all my questions with professionalism and even suggested some fun day trips within Mexico. I would definitely recommend this agency! Can't wait to book my next adventure with them!

Horrible customer service, work ethics and professionallism. I was not explained on any options or the qoute that I was getting. When I went back to this agency to cancel the progressive insurance, the agent by the name of Laura treated me with a bad attitude and started yelling that i wasted her time and their paper, she even refused to give me proof of my cancelation and was even told i can not go back again. I am a client like everyone else looking for a more affordable insurance, a good rep knows how to greet people, this person completely does not know what that means.To be treated like this by an insurance company left me with no desired to trust the agency or the insurance company.

Mundial agency is the best around! The staff is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to assist their clients. I trust them tremendously and Laura is great every time I go there. Highly recommend!
