I went here for the first time and asked the staff if they could do line art. They said yes, so I showed them an inspiration picture. The staff was extremely friendly and spoke English well. The prices are reasonable and clearly listed on flyers at the receptionist desk. I think this is a good salon to go to for a simple design or one color, but I wouldn’t go back to them for line art on my nails. I think my nails turned out okay, they just don’t look much like the picture.

STAY AWAY. I went to get my nails done and it cost 40$ for a pedicure... there was nothing special. I got my manicure and it was terrible, I got white and the next day the paint was yellow and had scratches, and I went back and got them repainted for the pink nails to also be chipping. The staff is rude and gross. The lady made me sit there as the paint was drying but didn't turn the light on for my nails to dry, i had to flag another worker down to turn it for me. so rude, disgusting, and not worth anything over 20$

so i visted this place friday the 5th and my daughter got a gel manicure and it’s already peeled when i do the gel kit at home it last way more than 6 days. her nails are basically ruined.
my nails i got a gel acrylic set and asked for a square shaped not duck nails all the nails are different sizes she didn’t do my cuticle before doing my nails she waited till near end to remove the cuticle with the nail machine and cut my skin twice and the whole point of getting my nails done was so my cuticles can be healthy and stop breaking and cutting because at my job I break down a lot of boxes. but instead i get this $70 for me and my daughter i could of definitely put that $70 to better use.
and i haven’t step foot in a nail salon in years because im always treated horrible and waste money so i guess this is what i get

People at the place are very nice and upbeat. However that does not pay for the quality and price of the nails. 5 nails fell off in the matter of a week soon to be 6 because of the cracking on the one, and lifting on the others. They charged $100 for them.

Service was prompt and polite. The salon was clean. My hands, especially in our current context, could use more moisturizer. $35 for a gel manicure.

Manicure grew out beautifully. Two full weeks no chips. I went back to see Nikki again.

I got a pedicure and my daughter had her fingernails and toenails painted. My pedicure was rushed and the technicians seem to bounce back and forth between clients. There are spots in my toenails missing polish. Upon arrival, I showed a photo of nails my daughter wanted and we were told to pick the colors. When we showed the photo the lady told us no. I said it didn’t have to be exact but it was a special day and she wanted something to make her nails a little fancy. Another woman came over and said no to the photo however, she did come back and do some small designs which made my daughter happy.

After 10 years of being there, the owner still remembered me and my last manicure! Wow! That's customer service. Went on a Saturday - they were very busy. Had to wait longer than usual but was very pleased with the huge color selection, care, and precision given to my gel manicure. I love the shape and nail art the manicurist did. Hope to stop back in before another 10 years goes by. Thanks Nails 1st!!

I would never go anywhere else. They are perfectionists when it comes to nails. The salon is beautiful, feels like the perfect getaway. Tom is so funny & never turns anyone away. It's everything a 5 star establishment should be & then some. "My nails always look perfect!"
