Megan and her entire team are among the best in the business! I have traveled the lower 48 states and have rented from all brands, locations big and small, but no one does it better than the Erie Airport location. They treat you right, great selection of cars, on the few times I have had some issues they have been there to take care of me without fail. 14 years and still going, these folks will always carry the torch for best in class!!

Having had an extended stay in Erie it was a pleasure dealing with Marilee and Amy. They are your best advertisement for Customer Satisfaction. Not only are they highly proficient and professional in their positions but always congenial.
Travel away from home base provides enough stress but this was eased by the efficiency of your people in Erie.
I recommend, when in Erie, rent from National.

I rented a car in Buffalo niagra Airport today. The pickup time for the car was at 11pm, I Got to NATIONAL at 10:40 PM. Nobody was at the counter or by the cars. I called NATIONAL and they said someone is supposed to be there, but they couldn't do anything about it. So I'm stuck with a bill right now from NATIONAL and I had to rent a different car from avis.Im Very upset and the worst part is, I rent often from NATIONAL.
