I started my case with them 3 months ago, they have always been kind and understanding from the beginning.

They have always been in contact with me and have always been very professional. They have resolved all my doubts, and they put effort into their work. I am aware that they do their job, but God has the final say.

I feel very confident in their work and that we will obtain good results.

Unfortunately I do not recommend this firm at all! It's sad to express such disappointment but I feel people must be aware of such firm. This firm is only interested in your money. They will lie and do nothing to help your case. From day 1 I was always the one Informing them about the status of the case and the dates of the hearings. I was also sent to drive all the way to Florence myself to turn In their packet. Iam not disappointed in the loss of the case but in the effort this firm really put into winning. Don't waste your time in this firm. Thank you to the paralegals who actually apologized to me on behalf of the firm and Ms.Taylor for lack of effort and work that was done.

First of all, I am trying to be fair to the people who treated us well in the beginning, but right now, we are having significant issues related to our case.

Where do I start?

They sent incorrect information about my sponsor to USCIS, despite us clarifying many times that it was not correct. This mistake has caused a delay in our process.

They failed to send the medical report of one of my kids on time. The excuse given was that "nobody realized those reports were in the mail room," which caused even more delays.

We send emails and get no response until we call them multiple times. Only 1 out of 5 times do we get an email confirming the reception of documents.

We detected these mistakes ourselves. The bi-monthly updates they promise are just a marketing lie.

When they finally answer us, they tell us they are going to call at a certain time, but often an hour or two passes before we get the call, by which time we are busy working. We arrange everything to receive their call without interruptions, but this has been frustratingly inconsistent.

I have read some reviews and don't want to be too harsh on all the staff because Oscar is amazing. However, one week Vianca is helping us, another week it's someone else, then another week it's Juan. Some of them seem overworked and sometimes don't bring their best attitudes which we understand but it is not fair.

This is not a cheap service, and I hope everything turns out fine. This process is exhausting and it’s not finished yet.

If this changes for good and their service gets better I will consider upgrading this review.

My parents came here in hopes to get help from the lawyer they show everywhere to promote their business. It has almost been a year that my parents went to the consultation, where everything seem to be good. Since last year my mom still doesn't have an open case with them, they just keep telling her they will call her for an appointment to sign paper work but still have not. Also my parents have payed over $10,000 for them not to even have a case open with them.

*UPDATE*
Since attorney Hillary contacted me there has been more communication with her law firm and my parents. It was unfortunate the way we had to speak with each other, but I’m the end she was very understanding and gave us a lot of clarity in regards to the concerns we had. Things are moving in the right direction for my mom, and I really so that she took time out of busy schedule to contact me and listen to all the concerns I had. I know for a lot of us the first thing we do is check ratings and reviews a business has, so I want to update my review on here. We have had way more communication than before which makes me feel really good that we are being heard and informed with what goes on with my mom’s case. One of the main reasons why I had given a bad review was for the lack of communication and information given to us, but now it has improved 100%, therefore I changed my review.

Highly disappointed in this service. I suggested this law firm to my in laws and wife because of the great reviews. However its almost been 1 year and nothing has been done about their cases. Appointments are set by the lawyers or paralegals and then they never call. At this point we should already be receiving a letter from the government regarding approval and her case has yet to be filed at all! They literally told us they have no reason as to why the documents have been filed. I know they havent done any work and now I'm worried about our refund. But if they try to be difficult I will be going to the media.

Not the best experience, Luis really thinks by him saying “congratulations” 10 times because he would tell us that we are applicable for a process to fix my parents papers, we really wanted to tell him tell us congrats when he would ACTUALLY give us the papers. We just felt it was something stupid to say congratulations multiple times. This was the very first day/appointment we had and was going to help us give that downpayment. we got there at 1:30 p.m and was passed to an office after 2. Luis didn’t know some basic information in regards of our process and had to leave the office multiple times to ask those questions ? We really expected much more from them!
