NOCCI was invaluable in transforming our 2020 Women's Leadership Conference from an in-person event with over 600 attendees expected to a completely virtual experience. From helping us develop new sponsor benefits to setting up our virtual platform and mobile app, their certified expertise allowed us to still offer a week of virtual professional development & networking engagements for our attendees. NOCCI provided a high degree of direct, open communication that made it easy to answer any questions that we had as we were learning how a virtual conference would work and explaining it to our sponsors & attendees.

If I could give Madison and her exceptional team team ten stars on this five scale I would. I was a volunteer at the registration booth for the recently concluded DeepWater Symposium at the NOLA Hilton. It had been a number of years since I last volunteered. This time was different from the chaos and last-minute issues with which we used to deal. I have never experienced such clarity, simplicity, coordination, and flow of an event. They easily solve problems on the fly. This is what NOCCI does. Their diverse staff is talented, well-trained, competent, and just fun to engage in general conversation. This is the type of organization from which corporate culture flows from the top. This is the type of company that can easily evolve and grow as it promotes good people from within. This is an organization that relieves and prevents the anxieties those of us who run things have traditionally experienced.

Ashley and Gillian and all those at NOCCI helped us put on a truly marvelous Annual Brunch for our members. There were lots of moving parts (videos from the musician and from legislators, and wrangling all the distinguished guests), all of which they handled smoothly and professionally. Extremely poor volunteer management skills. Terrible communication skills, rude, and disorganized. May be acceptable at event planning, but do not pick them if your event needs volunteers.
