Dropped off my laundry and was able to pick it up when told the next day. Lady at the counter was very nice and assuring that they would not lose my clothes.

Do not use their washers if you want your clothes actually rinsed. These do not fill up to rinse your items, they only spray water on spinning clothes (which are all pressed/clumped and it would be impossible to actually rinse them this way). I have sent some items to be washed here and noticed they never smell as clean/fresh. I went myself and caught the rinse cycle - it all made sense lol. I'm sure the owner did this to save money but they are losing my business.

Dirty. Many broken machines. The ones that work did wash well. The dryers were extremely hot. So be careful if drying anything delicate. The attendant is there for quarters.

Stopped here to wash our clothes while traveling. The machines ruined some of our items. We talked to the person currently working they didn’t car and made no effort to resolve the issue.

I've been going here for about a year now. The staff are friendly and helpful, the machines get the job done pretty quick and it's cheap as well.

But the owner isn't very pleasant. He'll pull your clothes out of the machine as soon as it's done if you're not there that very second to get them. He's scoffed at me when I was broke and barely had enough. He's judgy and the staff even say he's difficult. I feel bad for them.

But over time, I've been seeing more and more roaches. They crawl out of the machines and all over the ground.

At this point, I'm scared of bringing them home with me, so I've started going elsewhere. If they get some Pest Control, I'd gladly go back!

When I arrived there was water all over the floor and three different banks of washing machines were shut down due to a leak. The attendant wasn't very nice lady and I had to move my clothes two different times. What's the owner got there he straightened everything out and asked her why she closed down those Banks when there was only one leaking machine. It wasn't a terrible experience and it's hard to find good help these days.

Clean, friendly service, safe atmosphere with a neighborhood feel, nice location with restaurants and things nearby, and not too busy so 'sometimes' it isn't hard to get a machine. Nearly half the machines are out of order though, and few times I've had to go somewheres else to do laundry. If they'd fix them, I'd give it 4 or 5 stars.
