Tried to drop off 12 winter coats. I arrived at the place at 2:55 the woman told me they were closed, and I should come back Monday. I took the coats somewhere else where I wasn't inconveniencing the staff.

If you need help with getting an ID, the people that work here will help you. The workers at this hospitality center are patient, kind, and full of resources. It's obvious they want to help people in need. They've helped me with vouchers and have helped other people I've sent to them with food and clothing and MANY other things. I have to say there's a lot of help here if you need it and the workers to help you get it done.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. No one passed judgment or treated me as a second class citizen. I badly needed food and they offered me an emergency food bag right away and asked if they could help any other way.

Provides a much needed service. Homeless can take showers,receive mail and eat. A place to rest from elements. They must be able to make clients responsible for their behavior.
