Laura and her team at the New Hartford branch have made our experience opening a non-profit account for our new animal rescue so seamless, enjoyable, and quite frankly, it’s been top-notch! They go above and beyond every time, their attention to detail is amazing. The service is always pleasant and friendly.
This truly is a community bank and when you walk in and everyone knows your name and they support you and your fundraisers and your other events, this is what it truly means to be part of a community bank. The convenience of having branches with drive throughs all across the Northwest corner is another reason to consider using this bank and I highly recommend them. In addition to the non- profit account, I also have a personal bank account and would not consider going anywhere else. Thanks for being so awesome!

While vacationing in Seattle I received a fraud notification for my debit card - unusual activity in Japan! ONE phone call later, Ashlynn at the New Hartford branch closed the debit card - wonderful to not only know the person you are speaking with but are confident that the problem is resolved quickly.
