Julie and the staff at NY Lounge Decor went above and beyond to make our large scale event a complete success. Right from the start Julie was prompt in answering the many questions we had and coordinating her staff for the day of the event. On the day of the event, there were absolutely no surprises and NY Lounge Decor delivered 200 cubbies and Lounge Furniture promptly and efficiently. The staff that stayed on hand was super helpful and went above and beyond to assist in any way possible. Even outside of the scope of their responsibilities. We rented a dance floor over the pool and just had an overall great experience from when I first inquired with Mike, to booking with Nicole, then on setup/delivery Mike was so nice explaining everything to me & they all worked so quickly to get the dance floor set up. Nicole was so helpful and quickly responded to all emails. & the dance floor over the pool was AMAZING. Our guests raved about it!
