I want to personally thank Vito (owner) and Wendell (our driver, the best!) for an amazing experience. I rented a party bus for transportation for my daughter's birthday party. I submitted an inquiry and worked with Vito directly from start to finish. When I initially booked, I reserved a larger bus but once RSVP's came in, I realized not as many people needed transportation as I thought. I discussed this with Vito and I was able to downsize without any issue. The day of our drive Wendell was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our ride was smooth. He was such a nice person to work with and he made our guest feel well cared for. Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about the NYC Party Bus Pros Team and I will use them again in the future.

We had the best experience. Vito was so helpful with all the booking details making sure that he could accommodate everything we wanted for this bachelorette party and our Driver Ricky was the best, he arrived early to make sure we started on time and always making sure we were having a good time and that we were ok. We can’t thank you all enough for this awesome experience! I will book them again in a heartbeat!

Party bus was great super friendly service and easy to book. We had a great driver Ricky who came early had the bus ready to go and made sure we got to so the destination we wanted with some great pictures. Definitely ask for Ricky to be your driver !
