These low lives threw us out of their establishment the same night we checked in for having legally registered ADA service dogs. Despite our federal protections, they harassed us from midnight on in an effort to get us to leave. They called the sheriffs department and enrolled the sheriffs department in their illegal tactics to get us to leave the premises. They made us so uncomfortable that we finally decided to leave after being promised a full refund. In the morning, we packed everything up, despite the fact that we were supposed to be there for another night, again, after being promised that we were going to get a full refund, for them ruining the first night by harassing us And then asking us to leave the second night. Honestly, we did not want to stay there as they are bigots, and we felt it would be better to get the refund then to spend any more time there. Being the low lives that they are, they then refused to issue the refund. We are looking into our options in dealing with this. Don’t waste your time here. These people are bad.

Amazing place for a romantic getaway…
Like a hybrid between boutique hotel to a romantic cabin.
Every thing is just perfect! But my favorite area was the beautiful little pool with the coolest Tavern ever!

Discovered this gem after a long motorcycle ride. Clean, cozy room just minutes from dining and shopping. Owners are welcoming, provided secure parking for our bike, and offered local insights. Secluded spots for relaxing, a standout pool with artistic tiles. A definite choice for our next Julian visit!

Even though we stayed at Oak Hill in September, I have been hesitant on writing a review because I didn’t think I could put into words the WOW factor for Doug’s and Don’s hospitality and home. From the time we drove into our covered parking space, walked the few steps to the door, and were greeted by Don it was the beginning of a fabulous and fun five night stay. We stayed in the beautifully decorated suite downstairs with a very comfortable bed and a shower with plenty of instant hot water. Each morning coffee was available for all in the sunroom and we were able to enjoy it back in our room while getting ready for our day. I don’t think any cruise line could beat the presentation of the fabulous breakfasts that were served each morning in the dining room. The first morning, Doug graciously offered a map with many suggestions and tips for dining, touring homes, the City Cemetery, etc.. Each evening when we would come “home”, we were greeted with wonderful Mint Juleps, cheese and crackers or chocolate chip cookies. In the evening, it was great to relax by the back lawn fountain or in the rocking chairs on the front porch while sipping the Juleps. Their outdoor aquarium is amazing. Doug and Don are passionate about their home and Natchez and it shows in every detail of their home. This was the very best hospitality we have encountered.

Nice quite getaway. We stayed in the patio room which was clean and cozy. Would do the pool room next time to see what that is like.
Pool was refreshing and enjoyed laying out in the sun on the pool deck.
Complimentary bar by pool was totaly stocked with anything youd need. Beer, liquor seltxers, lots of brands of soda, ice tea? Gatorade, water,etc. Freezer full of candy , ice cream, hot pockets , burritos, etc. Popcorn, crackers, chips, etc. This we felt was a really nice touch.

Towels by the pool and dishs in the room.
Parking was on a completley empty street so that was easy.

Do be prepared to lug your stuff up some pretty steep flights of stairs. I reccomend to downsize your needs to make the stairs easier.. We only stayed 1 night so we just took a light bag of clothes up with us.

Not much to do in Julian and the town is closed up like a ghost town at about 7 so it's just a really great place to just rest and enjoy the peace.

We will definitely stay at Oak Hill Inn again

This was my husband and my first time here. As we pulled up on the Harley we were greeted right away by Mike who was very friendly and welcoming. Mike even went as far as clearing out a space by the house to park the Harley! We then walked up to the main house and met Laura who was very welcoming and friendly as well and asked us if we needed anything. Mike showed us to our room which was warm, stocked with soft and thick toilet paper, makeup remover towels, q-tips, a hair dryer, plates, silverware, utensils, a keurig with good flavored creamers and 2 waters. The heater that looks like a fireplace works well and was cozy. The bed and sheets were comfortable and the room was clean. My favorite part was the open tavern stocked with liquor, all kinds of snacks from chips to cookies to candy bars to Klondike bars, sodas, beers, juice, cups, frozen white castle burgers and burritos! The best part it was open all night long. Our room was by the pool and the pool is even designed with fish in the tiles, cute but too cold to swim. The Inn is walking distance to town. This place did not skimp on any details and we will be back again for sure. The price was fairly reasonable and worth it compared to other motels/hotels in Julian that only give you a room for the same cost. We will be back and we appreciated the hospitality! This is a must see and stay motel!!

Nice play to stay while in Julian. It's very, very close to the downtown area. It's got a bit of a rustic, old-timey vibe but it's still quite cozy. Our room was pretty big, and it had a dining table, mini fridge, wet bar, and AC! There's also a pool and hot tub on premises. We booked through airbnb so we never interacted with staff in person.

Keep in kind access to the inn from the parking is up a very steep staircase.
