What an AMAZING experience! Onyx was magnificent to work with from the beginning of the process all the way through the entire program. Ryan was an excellent and engaging speaker. He has a great sense of humor and knows how to engage with the audience. One of the best team building experiences we have had! Melissa and Cedar were also fantastic to work with. We have them planned for another event already but continually looking for opportunities to use their team further. I highly recommend!

The Orange County, California Chapter of Entrepreneur's Organization recently worked with Onyx on our annual Chapter Retreat. We had an amazing time in Mexico's Valle de Guadalupe wine country. Every aspect of the experience was positive, from brainstorming ideas, planning, budgeting, preparation, and then the event itself. The team from Onyx delivered team building, connection, adventure, charitable give back, and unbelievable meals in cool locations for an unforgettable retreat. I used Onyx (Gary & Cassie) for our company retreat this past January and let me tell you, this was a pleasant surprise. The detail Cassie had in planning the event was amazing. She really worked with my needs and heard my concerns and needs. She suggested Gary and I am so happy she did. He was an absolute joy. He really married team building activities with our companies goals. My team let loose, laughed, learned a lot within those 2+ hours. Gary was fun, lively, educative and attentive. Sasha and the Onyx team were fantastic to work with. From my first discussion of what we wanted to do, to execution and following through - they were top notch! Mo was the facilitator and did a fantastic job with my group (an Executive Leadership Team building event). We built 4 bikes - 1 of which didn't make it with the other 3 delivered, so Mo took one on the plane with him to where our meeting was. The event was very interactive and fun. We did a team building with the Onyx team this August. It was the first time working with them and we were impressed by the professionalism and the ability / flexibility to turn around a great experience for the team in a limited timeframe. They managed to incorporate several specific of the location, which only made the experience feel more tailored. Big shout out to Philip, as his enthusiasm and passion for the work is almost contagious!
