Planned to have my son’s 5th birthday here. I didn’t want to rent the party room and instead just reserved two lanes for us to bowl from. When I got there, Hanna shared with me that there was a birthday package I could’ve done. Thankfully, they had the availability to upgrade us to the party package, and it made the event even more special!

Hanna ended up being our event coordinator and make sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. She checked on us periodically to ensure everything was going well. Super friendly and great to work with!

Ms. Juanita was working the counter and helped get all the kids shoes. We had some we had to swap out bc they were too tight. She was also friendly and nice to work with.

Will definitely be back!

I am here almost every Wednesday evening to eat dinner and watch my wife play pool. I just wanted to let someone know what an amazing employee you have in Taira. As far as I'm concerned, you should consider her to be an amazing asset to your company. She's bright and cheerful, helpful, respectful and attentive. She is just an all-around wonderful young woman and makes it an absolute pleasure to frequent Oops.

Ms. Juanita is the absolute best!! Hands down provided the most amazing customer service I’ve ever had and words can’t express how thankful I am of her! We were in a crunch in celebrating my son’s birthday and she along with her crew made things happen! Fun, family friendly, and clean atmosphere! Don't order the pizza. Awful cold fried pickles. Cold pretzel bites with "beer cheese"-not. Dirty tables. Took 40 minutes to get our order and the apps came with meal order. Good things-Nice arcade for family fun. Live music was good. Bowling looked fun. That's about it.

I bowl on a league here on Mondays. This is the most spacious and family-friendly bowling alley around the area. They have a really nice arcade for the kids and a super nice sports bar. What's really nice is the full bar, right behind the lanes. Our bartender, Tiara, is the very best! She always gets our drinks exactly right and will even deliver them to our lanes when it isn't too busy. We are very pleased to have as our bartender on league night! In all, the entire staff is most courteous and friendly here. Definitely recommend Oops for a fun outing.

Atmosphere, in the pub is good. We love the pool tables here. The new tables have great movement. Food: The wings themselves flavor and size were good. The speed in which they came out was less than 10 minutes. After waiting so long to order, it was appreciated. However, the reheating caused them to be really dry and tough. More than 15 of the total 30 ct. Ordered were so dry they were not chewable. The taco salad and fries were good. Service is friendly but touch n go. Often, more than 10 minutes wait before being addressed throughout the evening the last couple of times we've been. Last visit: Trips for Service were for: Started tab for pool table and sodas, refill on sodas, to order food, and close out pool table. 35 minutes total waiting throughout the night was a bit long, considering they weren't very busy. Around 20 or so patrons in the pub. The bathrooms are usually clean, and we'll stocked. The main areas of the pub are also clean and well maintained. The added security officer on site is really good, Keeping the atmosphere calm, orderly, and safe.

We have a birthday party for my 7yr old daughter. We had a blast. Taira was very helpful, explained everything that was happening, and also came and asked multiple times if we needed anything. She was very helpful, patient, and a outstanding hostess. We will be having another party whenever we can.
